Hi I was just wondering if any amongst you have watched 9.5 Weeks starring Mickey Rourke & Kim Basinger...

The Character played by Mickey Rourke is that of a True and Natural Don Juan...

I have got this strange capability of internalizing Characters from Movies...May be I'm more visual than others...

Do you guys know any other movies which depict DonJuan kind of characters that I can watch to improve my game...

I've heard that the James Bond movies are excellent for this (I've only seen Casino Royale (the new one) myself, but I'm sure the older ones would be similar.

Gattaca is the ultimate DJ movie.

It is all about overcoming limitations.

I have watched all James bond movies...they do show a character which is all macho and masculine and all... but it's more like a setup...or rather fantasy...just like the toys they use in these movies...

Again I didn't quite find Daniell Craig quite DJlike in Casino Royale besides action stuff ...he was sort of can't-control-my-emotions type...whatsay??

I'd look for Gattaca and fight club though...

Princess Leia: I love you!
Han Solo: I know.

ARrocket- Go rent some old James Bond (preferably Sean Connery) for Christs sake! Whats the matter with you?

Another wierd example is Ferris Beuller: Remember when he was racing back to his house past the sunbathing chicks, and a few seconds later, he slowly walks back to them all cool, and introduces himself? Smooth as hell!

Woods ...

I have watched only Pierce Brosnan Stuff so may be yeah I can give sean Connery movies a try...:) thnx...

Here what I mean by internalizing by watching DonJuan behaviour is more or less like watching your dad when you were a kid and if he was an alpha male...and learning unconsciously...

Like the character of Jack Sparrow ... This character is a classic example of Mystery's Peacocking ... and the art of being different and seductive...being a bad boy and being a leader...in light way

Like most movies of Adam Sandler ....I have developed a great sense of humor and communication skills just by watching these movies...

One more thing that I have noticed is that when you really appreciate something you tend to exhibit the same behaviour patterns unconsciously.....

And I forgot to mention Leonardo Di Caprio's Catch me If You can and Aviator..the childlike but seductive character played by leonardo...

I find these character more human than Don Juan Behaviour Pointer Post on So Suave...which you can appreciate but not successfully internalize...

Haha I used to pull that one on my ex all the time...or "Yeah, I love me too."

I think Indiana Jones is a great example of a DJ...

WILLIE (Kate Capshaw): What are you supposed to be, a lion tamer?

INDY: I'm allowing you to tag along...so why don't you give your mouth a rest, okay doll?

or the scene in Raiders...

MARION: Don't talk that way about our baby (referring to the monkey clinging on her head)...he's got your looks.

INDY: ...and your brains...

Harrison Ford's just a badass...can't wait for the new Indiana Jones movie...suprised he doesn't break a hip though. lol
