Anybody know any good motivational books?

I have realized recently that my former I can take over the world attitude is gone. It has been replaced with a I don't have what it takes to do anything worth doing attitude. I don't know where it came from really. Ill be finishing college in 2 semesters and I feel bad about my major of business administration, like I made a mistake picking that because it's so broad. Anyway, if you have read anything that has really gotten you going let me know.

Why were you disappointed by your Business Admin program?

It's not the program, I just don't know what I'm going to do right out of college. I don't want to end up as a manager at a grocery store or something.

Did you specialize in anything? Accounting, marketing, resource management...etc. There are no recruiters on your campus hiring? Ask your professors or even the Dean for some guidance or hook ups, they're willing to help. But some times you gotta bug them until you do.

And definitely read KarmaSutra's material. Changed my life.

There are often job fairs and theres a career office or whatever it's called. I have never really checked those out but I will this semester.

I think it's just a mental block thing, that's why Im looking for motivational things.

How good is your school's career services center? My advice, go to them, take an MBTI test, and take some time to figure out what you want to do.

What's your dream job? Initially there must have been something that made you want to study business. Do any of these fields sound interesting:
  • Consulting
  • Investments
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Marketing

...because really, you have a valuable degree, assuming of course that you paid attention in class and that this is something that you are interested in.

Can't the motivational books just be listed here? Why does it have to in a private message to only one to see instead for all?
