most embarassing text messages?

Hello everyone,

Has anyone else like me made the horrible mistake of texting a girl you like after having a few drink in the evening andthen regretting it the following morning?.

I have done this a few times, and have now decided to remove their numbers from my mobile phone and have them written down elsewhere. At least until they get to know me.

Once I remember sending a late night text message to this girl who I was trying to date stating "you are a very special girl and one that any man would dream about dating". Cringe!

I can tell you when I woke the next day I had a massive hangover and then I remembered I had sent the most world's most AFC text message the previous night, my heart sank :-/. Needless to say she never texted me back!

I did the same thing about a week ago after getting drunk. I texted a girl who was interested in me that it was finally time to see each other after a long time away and i said the she was different as my closing line. She didnt respond ever and about 5 minutes ago i sent her a facebook instant message or whatever and she signed offline about a minute later. Drunk texting i feel is worse than drunk dialing.

I know what you mean when you log onto say instant messenging and within a milisecond of noticing you logging on, they log out. You can just imagine what is going through her mind " Oh sh*t it so and so, quick log off now"

Haha I sent a girl a string of texts asking her where she was...it was like 3am and she was asleep. My last text said "I don't believe you that you're sleeping!" Lol she obviously never said she was sleeping at the time. I felt like such a tard the next day.

More embarrassing than that though is when I was dating a girl named Kathy and tried to send a message to my good friend Katie about Kathy but sent it to Kathy by mistake. Katie had asked how things were going with her, and my reply was something like "Kathy? Eh she's ok. I mean I kinda like her but honestly I'm just in it for the sex right now and it's not even that good." Ouch.

A while back... Me and my mother were texting back and forth about how college is going for me and stuff. I ended the conversation with a "love you".

Quickly I realized I sent that last one to the girl who I only knew for a week. Dear god, I was embarassed. But I explained it was meant for my mom and she jokingly called me a momma's boy.

I was hanging out with this girl, and she showed me a text that some guy just sent her, begging to find out why she doesn't talk to him anymore. Then he continued to send more about how she means everything to him, and me and her both thought that he was drunk, and apparently he wasn't.

Then he texts her "I have a boner" and we both laughed and I asked her what she was going to say, and she said she wasn't going to reply.

Later she told me that he told her that his friend did it, and not him. Me and her both knew he was bull****ting. Later they became friends again LOL.

On a somewhat unrelated topic, me and this same girl were hanging out one night, and I completley wussed out and told her that I was getting intimidated by her looks and that I always felt the need to say something impressive to her. The night ended with an awkward kiss that I intentionally messed up for unknown reasons.

Needless to say, we don't talk much any more after that LOL. I think she's with some other guy, but that's okay, I'm leaving for college and that's it.`
