More fat girls than fat guys?

This may seem like an odd question but are there more fat girls than fat guys? I notice as I walked around campus that there are a lot of fat girls shuffling around. It's almost like 35% of the girls were obese. While there were some fat guys also they didn't seem as numerous as the girls.

Also the school I go to is pretty multicultural so that might affect what I see.

Dude if you actually look around there are lots of out of shape women....I mean most women dont even work out let alone eat right, then they think they are the sh1t when they eat junk food all day...dont work out and just watch tv all day, it's pretty pathetic that THEY are the "Prize," to the AFC's out there.

everybody (save for gay men) is fat in america! the fattest countries for girls in the world are all english speaking. even a country like malta in the deep mediterranean is fat and english speaking. the greeks are getting pretty close though. actually, most of western europe is slowly catching up. the thinnest places of course are the former soviet republics and russia. i posted a link about where the fattest girls are in 2008. it was a great post. oddest thing is that the country with the least percentage of overweight girls (russia) has a higher percentage of girls trying to lose weight than america. also interesting that the "dj" stuff would never get you a girl from that part of the world. oh well, you are stuck in america so SARGE ON!!

Men are usually less critical when evaluating other guys as being fat or not. It is funny that there are more guys worried about having big boobs than women nowadays.

I moved out of California and into a state of just normal Americans (california is just fake). I am finally seeing how the real America is like and I don't like it! In some of my classes there is not 1 hottie unlike in California there would be at least 3 or more. At work the amount of fat girls walking around compared to just healthy looking girls is scary. And if the girls ain't fat they are anorexic looking.

I am worried for the future now seeing how things are in the real america and how obesity is getting worse every year (specially for women)

Definitely more fat girls than fat guys. What worries me more is that there's more and more of them around lately as well. Its starting to really tick me off when I sarge because there's so few women about that aren't fat pigs (and still thinking they're the business). And the bad new is its getting worse. Its estimated that in 2050 up to 2/3 of the UK population could be obese. That's obese, not just overweight. If I'm still out clubbing with my zimmer frame by then I'll be after the one thin woman left in the country.

As I have said before, MOST of the FAT WOMEN I see are women aged 35-65.

I don't know what you guys see or are seeing or maybe you are calling a girl who does not have the perfect body, FAT.

In New Jersey, this is how it looks to me:

Women aged 18-35- Maybe only 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 is fat (white women) If we are talking about BLACK women than that is a different story as 3/4 of them seem fat.

35-65- This is where MOST OF THE COWS ARE, with almost 1/2 look like there fat.

65+ Most senior citizens are not fat.

So, I think you guys are blowing things out of proportion.

As Mad Manic mentioned, anywhere from 50-60% of White women aged 18-30 are atleast cute (Not obese with a decent facial structure)

I doubt that is the answer. I'd say on average men eat more than women. The reason I think that there are more fat girls, than fat guys, is because more men workout than women. Workout regularly pretty much means you don't get fat.

Another reason may be emotional reasons. I heard somewhere that women eat to feel good.

That is a point that I had forgotten about. I don't know what the M to F ratio is at my school but I think it's 50/50. At the CSU that I'm going to in August it's 39% Men, 61% women.

It's getting more and more acceptable for a woman to be overweight. Google Chloe Marshall to see what I'm talking about. This simply means that the thin in shape women will be in even greater demand and may even become extinct in the next years.

Yes the ratio of overweight women is higher 35-65. But this thread is about girls 18-25. My definition of fat is a non-pregnant girl that has a stomach bigger than mine, and I'm not that skinny. Also if she is heavier than me and not really tall then she's fat.

BTW the area I live in is very multicultural. Most of the big girls are Hispanic, Pacific Islander, Black then White. Interestingly very few Asians are overweight.

Basically the only reason I made this thread was because I was disappointed after walking around campus and seeing how many "ineligible" women there were.
