Hello, I have a question about fat burners:
I recently bought one, and the guy told me that it wouldnt work unless I do a lot of cardio (20+ mins on the bike and stuff).
I was wondering if that is true, because, acording to what i´ve read on the board, long cardio is kinda overrated.
What do you think of fat burners, and do they work if you dont do a lot of cardio but you still lift heavy?

For cardio, I do 10 or 15 in bike.
