Hello, I have a question about fat burners:
I recently bought one, and the guy told me that it wouldnt work unless I do a lot of cardio (20+ mins on the bike and stuff).

I was wondering if that is true, because, acording to what i´ve read on the board, long cardio is kinda overrated.

What do you think of fat burners, and do they work if you dont do a lot of cardio but you still lift heavy?

It will work with cardio and a clean diet for best results.

Thanks for the reply, but I am still wondering, If I should do "regular" cardio, or HIT cardio.

with cardio is overrated we mean that the clean diet is more important not the fatburner:)


isn't really important.....probbably you cant do HIIT when you aren't an experienced runner.....HIIT is slightly better because it increases fat metabolism more......but normal 30-45min jogging will do it,too.

I´ll probably start tomorrow with the fat burner (damn guy didnt get it yet), I´ll post my results when I run out of pills.

Damn.... 30 mins in the bike....

EC stack + great diet + cardio is the way to go.

Height: Around 6´ tall (182 cm)
Weight: 179.3 lb (81.5 kg)
BF : 21% (acording to http://www.linear-software.com/online.html)

I dont know how big the lose will be, cos I have enough pills for only 20 days. I hope It works!!

what is the fat burner, and let us know if it gives u energy, i am looking to start taking one
