I find dog moms are the ones that have given up on having children or are past their prime to have them. I'm sure some of them realize they made the mistake of putting their careers over a good guy when they were younger, or were constantly chasing perfection that wasn't there when they were still marketable to good quality guys.

Also some girls just find more comfort in having a dog as it will never leave them and listen to what they say. This was the case of a woman in her 50's that just got divorced. The first thing she did within a month of her husband leaving her was to get a dog. Not to try to find another guy.

With the warmer weather, I saw so many girls out with their dogs than guys. It's a sad day when women would rather take better care of their dogs than seek out a quality guy. I was also hanging out at a resort poolside when I overheard two girls talking highly of what I thought to be some guys. Then later in the conversation, they mentioned it being dogs. lol

I agree with you brother. You can see this in the way these women spoil these dogs just like if they were their human kid.
It's amazing they will splurge like crazy on them but won't give any guy the time of day. I see these gals as basically being single mothers with the same limitations of having a kid. They think men give a **** about their career because they desperately want it to be true, to give their sad existence a justification and an imagination of importance.

The dog moms will be in for a rough awakening when(not if) **** hits the fan and times get hard in western society. They might think they are good with their dog and a few fvck-buddies but when push comes to shove, nobody will give a shiat about them and they desperately will be looking for a man to hide behind.

This is a solid and valid observation. Dogs simply just fill in a lot of those emotional gaps that exists in women nowadays. Today more than ever, there is a huge disconnect between men and women. Agreed. And to be honest, it is actually a conversation I end up having with women quite often, both the women I date or simply have a conversation on the streets. At the end of the day, we need to figure this out together but we, as men, need to lead and establish a solid masculine frame when entering these discussions with women.

I'm a HUGE dog guy. On my 4th Doberman now. If the woman doesn't like my dog or dogs in general, it's a deal-breaker. Bye bye, b*tch. There are MANY times I weigh going on a long wilderness hike in the mountains of Colorado with the Dobie and/or a guy friend vs sitting on some patio drinking a beer asking the same questions over and over to some woman on a first or second date. We're not bashing on dogs at all. Just the females that own them and treat them better than humans.

The girls around me that owns dogs doesn't fit your description at all. Quite the opposite. Some are soooo lazy that they will call a dog walker to walk their dogs. Some will call a pooper scooper since they don't wanna touch dog doo doo. Some will leave the dog for long periods of time while they are busy working up at their busy careers. Etc...

It's ok to like dogs but not have it fill a void to replace humans IMO.
