Hi all

I play a lot of sport and eat healthy most of the time. But my problem is every 2nd day or so I go crazy and eat junk. Moslty chocolate, cookies etc...

Ive been trying for years and years to stop this but without success. Sometimes I get into the right mindset to stop this but always relapse after a month or so.

Im not fat but have a gut and finally wanna lose it (Im about 6"1 and weigh approx 175lbs)

My other prob is I put all the weight on my chest as well. Can anyone recommend a way to lose a lot of weight off my chest?

Also can anyone suggest a mindset or something that will let me stop snacking on junk all the time?

Cheers all,
Siben

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You can't spot reduce, meaning you can't just lose the weight on your chest. You need to reduce your overall body fat. I don't know too much about cardio being a hardgainer, but just eating less fat and doing some running will help.

I come across the same problem on occasion so I decided not to completely cut the junk food from my diet. I may skip a day or two but I usually eat some junk food two or three times a week, however I don't pig out when I do.

I've figured out which junk food is worse for me and I avoid those, others which my body can combat with my exercise regime is a part of my regular diet. This is how I seldom if ever have cravings for junk because I don't deny myself of those little pleasures.
