I do those things for myself first and foremost! Sure you do buddy, sure you do.
People who really exercise "for themselves" do mostly aerobics. That kind of exercise is really the best for true health and longevity (though not best for looking good naked).

Ask yourself, if you were the last person on the planet and wanted to live as long and healthy a life as possible (for whatever reason), what type of exercise would you do? Probably some light, high-rep weights to prevent age-related osteoporosis and muscle-wasting, plus some moderate cardio to keep yourself overall in decent shape.

Putting on mass would be meaningless unless you literally had to move heavy objects a lot.

Okay I have to add my 2 cents about training here. Mind you I have just started back into proper lifting and training after 18 months because I would like to fight again and teach others how to fight. But I was a decent kickboxer in my day and of the 20 or so fights I've had I haven't once been knocked to the canvas.

Now you say going to the gym is a waste of time and health due to injuries you sustain and because you're only doing it for the pu$$y. I say you're wrong and completely wrong at that, yes having a solid body will get you ample pu$$y but it should never be the sole reason you train so hard.

I trained so hard for sports and later for kick boxing because I wanted to achieve something, I wanted to prove to myself that a scrawny kid could become a decent athlete. Mind you I haven't won a world champ in any sport or in kick boxing BUT I have repped my country in both football (soccer) and Rugby all the way from the age of 16 to the age of 22 when I got into kickboxing or strictly speaking muay thai.

I can tell you now that competing at the top level against other people that have worked equally as hard if not more and actually beating them feels better then any sexual exploit you can imagine. The rush you get when you step into the ring the noise of the crowd fades and an 85kg ripped beast launches himself at you is unexplainable, its a raw primal animal rush that you get and its even more intense after a grueling battle when you knock the guy to the ground and get a ko or tko. No amount of pu$$y will ever compare to that feeling.

In short for those few brief minutes you feel like a god and no one can take that feeling away. This is why you should train to be the best mofo in your sport or the best mofo you can be not for pu$$y.

Basically I see it like this, back when we were hunter gatherers, we males had to go out and literally compete for land food and woman the primal urge to battle and compete will always be there in every man. In today's structured society we don't really have to do this but that urge is still there and it needs to be unleashed, one way or another ............. it's why we have serial killers and rapists its because they have tried to contain that urge for far too long.

For me playing sports against other regions in NZ and other countries like Australia South Africa USA Argentina etc was a way to unleash that animal calling. And later on I used muay thai to test my body and see what its limits really were. These days MMA has kicked off like a wildfire and I'm seriously contemplating getting back into competitive shape just top see if I could battle some of these monsters in the cage.

So yes you don't need a body to get pu$$y but you will never ever know what it feels like to be a real winner and beat someone and take home a trophy in a heavy contact sport, its unrivaled nothing compares absolutely nothing.

That's cool man. Actually to be totally clear about the subject, I'm just saying that beyond a certain point (basic fitness), there is a law of diminishing returns when it comes to your effort in the gym and the payoff you get back - be it in terms of your physique, your athletic performance, or the attention you get from women. You know, it's not a linear relationship (if only right?!). It's up to each man to decide whether he's getting enough back to justify the effort. You obviously are! But I have a good hunch that the average gym-goer is working too hard for too little reward - especially if his main motivation is pvssy.

Not to derail too much, but what's your favourite/bread and butter combo?

left jab, right uppercut, left hook, right crossface elbow :p, no one expects an uppercut coming right after a first jab they always expect a right cross to land or another jab/left hook. Most time they will roll out of the jab and right into the upper cut so you may miss the jab but if the right upper connects it can lead to a split brow above the eye for the dude.

But what you just posted in that thread regarding the average gym goer who is purely in it to look better and get more ladies I have to agree with that statement that the amount of work you put into gym does not equate to more ladies.

I'll also add that it can and it does sometimes hinder your game as most average 7-8's can pick it up that you look good and can talk as well thus you are a "playa" and their shields go up higher than mt Everest.

So yes you're right that if I were to be in it for JUST getting ladies I'd just go for a very lean slightly muscular look with a decent set of abs, which to be honest you can achieve with some basic exercises like pushups pullups situps and cardio 4 days a week. Because that's all you really need to get them gushing with the whole "He looks good with his slim fitting clothes and has a six pack .... omg he's a hunk".

As for getting into fighting condition its just that fighting condition not pu$$y magnet condition cause to be honest the amount of work required (without roids) DOES NOT increase results in anyway shape or form.

Not that I ever spent much time sparring full-contact, but I always got some nice clean hits with this - long looping, ranging round kick off the rear leg (right for me), leaving me totally overcommitted with my back fully exposed - just too damn tempting a target to pass up! Guy charges in for the easy overhand and walks straight into my sidekick off the same leg - that's right, I'm still balanced motherfvcker!

Well, we all knew women can get laid pretty much whenever they want. It's the nature of the beast. This is because of the desperate horniness of men as much as anything else.

Traditionally, women would be more selective, and wouldn't be that interested in participating in an infinite number of one night stands. But this is the new "hookup generation", and apparently women are going out to sarge and rack up notches just like the guys do. Which results in ridiculous numbers like this. Gender roles are changing fast.

This is a pretty stupid example, but I've been watching Buckwild on MTV (it's basically a redneck version of Jersey Shore). It interested me how the girls go about "seducing" a guy:

Basically, this girl Shae wanted to hook up with this guy Joey, it was his birthday. So the other girls went to him and totally set it up for her, by saying "Shae likes apple butter, if you put some on your stomach, she will lick it off of you". So that's how the hookup was initiated.

Later, when she decided she wanted to date the guy, one of her girlfriends went to Joey and told him to go ask her out to dinner, and she would go with him. I thought it was funny the way the girls just arranged everything for her by telling the guy what to do.

Another, described to me as an alcoholic and a general train wreck, had amassed "somewhere" between 150 and 200 sexual partners in her 35 years on the planet
Just wanted to follow up on this thread.

According to a recent survey of the porn business (where actual numbers can be verified to a reasonable extent):

"The ten most prolific female porn stars have slept with an average of 148 men over an average career length of 17.7 years -- an average of 8 different men a year..."

While of course those women would have additional partners in real life, their numbers still would likely be less than 200.

(Interestingly, the top ten most prolific male porn stars average over 1000 women in careers that span 22.4 years.)

So I guess the point is, unless the OP's female friends are boning down on as many guys as the most promiscuous porn stars in history, their numbers are likely inflated wildly.

Link to study is here: http://jonmillward.com/blog/studies/deep-inside-a-study-of-10000-porn-stars/
