I've been meaning to post a pic to get some feedback. I will keep the pics on here for a limited time for privacy reasons, maybe a few hours or a day tops.

The picture on the right (with the black shirt) was me in late 2010. Actually, that setup worked pretty well for me game-wise.

With my hair thinning, I've gotten away from just spiking the front up and decided to try going back to the all messy look. The picture on the left is me tonight after a hair cut. (Or I could possibly do a more wet look with gel, but that might be too try hard and would look more balding.)

Ignore the cheesy pink shirt. That is just an old shirt that I wore in case they got color on it. My hair might seem a little too dark, but the color will fade in to something close to my natural very dark brown in a week or so.

I also let some 5 o'clock shadow to undo a bit of nice guy-ness.

But overall, what do you guys (and girls) think?

I'm 5'10" 175# with a slender build, but am toning up.

Rubato & Dust 2 Dust -- By 2nd pic, do you mean the new pic on the left or older one on the right? I want to make sure I follow.

The sideburns thing is a good idea. I'll have to grow them out some more. I'm greying in that area, but I can get them colored with my hair fairly easily.


btownbuck2012 -- Thanks. Yes it is true that I didn't kiss a girl until 27. Looking back, it was a combination of factors such as being sheltered, having no confidence, and not really trying.


All --- I'll probably leave the pics up until late tomorrow morning, and then remove them from Flicker.

I don't like the hair just shooting for the sky....I think you should comb it over towards the side somewhat. I feel that a longer "Don Draper" haircut with sideburns would look good. I really dislike the "wings" you have going in the pink shirt pic.

I thought you looked better in the right side picture. You could still use the left pic, but spiked hair without sideburns doesn't look good on you or any men for the most part.
