Well as you all know by now I'm facing this DWI charge.

I'm not celebrating sh!tmas this year.

No gifts, nothing.

Not even celebrating new years.

Moral of this story

If you ever go out and drink, take a taxi home. This sucks.

I have to wait over a month for my trial to see what they are going to do to me.

Any positive experience can come out this?

I wonder how many others people are out there right now getting DWI's. It's that time of year.

Lost my job due to some racist a$$holes, and today they called wanting me to come back.

Almost died in a car wreck.

Got a DWI.

Met tons of girls, even got laid, but hey were all b!tches.

Couple of my buddies have gotten DUIs. The good part is they are a bit more careful now.

You will be fine and be thankful for all you have. I can totally understand being a bit down, but if you have your health be happy.

As for me all my negative thinking this year no doubt led to my poor health of the last few months.

I have decided to work on my inner game. And so I think getting physically sick was important. A change was in need, I was stressed out and frustrated way too much this year.

From now on stuff is going to roll off my back.

The part about the job sucks. Yeah unfortunate, and a pain in the ass finding a new one. This sucks. I've lost a job becaus of nfair situations. Not fun.

Almost died in a carwreck? Is this seperate from the DWI? Or is that how you got caught, genius?? Under certain circumstances this sucks. If it was because you were just driving like a dumb cvnt, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Stop whining about the girls. Learn to go for quality. Get some standards. I'm not talking looks here, but behavioural standards. Since I've taken ths approach, I've only gotten one ***** out of it, and I've ruined my chances with a few decent girls. Take responsibility.

It's also going to be fun picking up some girls now if you lose your liscence for a year. Hell...maybe you can put a booster seat on the back of your bike so you can go on some dates? LOL...You won't be able to even drive a moped..That must suck for you.

Drinking under the influence (ie. more than a beer or two in you) is stupid It's your own damn fault you're getting charged. You didn't have to 1. drink and 2. drive. If you're loaded, then you should have gotten a taxi. Why would you whine about something like that?

DUI is not immoral. If the government really wanted it to stop, they would require breathalizer devices to be put into cars to start them, like they do now for some chronic DUI offenders. But the economic fallout would be too much. There would hardly be any restaurants and bars left open. Millions of people would lose their jobs in this industry alone, and this one effect does not factor in the lost jobs for lawyers, police, and court staff.

DUI is just another voluntary tax to raise revenue for the state, like alcohol, gasoline, cigarettes, lottery tickets, etc. If you want to attach morals to these activities, you should be grateful to the collective drunk drivers of the world for lowering your taxes.

And yes, sometimes dui kills people, but lots of things kill people and we don't ban them. If safety were our number one goal, we would make cars illegal.

MODS just delete it please. yeah I was stressing at the time but it's my first offense, my lawyer and 2 magistrates and even the cop who arrested me says I'm looking at no jail time, just loss of license and classes/fines and crap...with a miracle I can get the charges dropped to wreckless, don't know how that can be pulled off. But this guy I work with pulled it off somehow.
Says his lawyer told him to wait outside the courtroom, not even go in. He blew like a .20 and got the charge dropped to wreckless.

I'm not stressing this as much as before, but whatever... you live and you learn, and if I go to jail I go to jail. We all gotta take our lumps in life.
