Exactly, because your white pedastalizing ass would love for whites to finally accept you in those organizations.
Im guessing you are some loyal black democrat. Kudos for drinking that putrid kool aid.SmooveMooves said:Exactly, because your white pedastalizing ass would love for whites to finally accept you in those organizations.
Own your ****, man. You're black. Accept it and deal with it. Complaining about it isn't going to change anything. Why waste your time on something you cannot control. You can't control how people feel or how they respond to the fact that you are black.Dhoulmagus said:You are right man. It's all in my head. I'm pretty sure I could get accepted in to the KKK or a nazi organization right now. I would have been in the SSS because Hitler doesn't know who I really am. This topic reeks of young over-privileged white males. You are not that person at all. It's easy for some rich white kid to laugh at poor people and blame their misfortunes on not working hard enough lol.
Nope, just not ashamed of being black.Dhoulmagus said:Im guessing you are some loyal black democrat. Kudos for drinking that putrid kool aid.
I am proud to be black and I blame democrats and bad black people on my race's misfortunes. Yes, my race does have setbacks in life, but you cannot tell me to just forget about them. It is easy for some privileged white male to point fingers and criticize others. That is what ****** me off the most.SmooveMooves said:Nope, just not ashamed of being black.

Forget and accept are two entirely different things bro.Dhoulmagus said:I am proud to be black and I blame democrats and bad black people on my race's misfortunes. I agree fully, but life isn't fair sometimes. Things like glass ceilings aren't a myth. You just might be fortunate enough to never have to experience racism in your life in which I hope you never have to. My experiences growing up with racism is too strong for me to just deny it. I'm not going to let it run my life, but I am going to be aware of its existence.SmooveMooves said:Forget and accept are two entirely different things bro.
I'm saying accept them.
And don't get me started on the political parties, they all want roughly the same thing.
They're just ploys to further divide civilians and make it easier to rule.
Blaming others for our misfortunes gets us nowhere.
That's what's wrong with not only our race, but everybody in general. It's always someone else's fault.
Everyone has the "blame something" mentality.
How about we control whatever we can control and accept what we can't?
I feel you bro. And I can understand and accept your ideals.Dhoulmagus said:I agree fully, but life isn't fair sometimes. Things like glass ceilings aren't a myth. A common side effect considering they created......everything. If I may interrupt your indoctrinated subtle anti-white rhetoric for a minute there sugar tits.jurry said:Poor white men, really had a rough time throughout history eh? They hardly control anything anymore..
You're missing the point. External events happen, nobody is denying that. It's your internal reaction to them that we are talking about.Dhoulmagus said:Facts and ignorance are two different things. Facts: People murder other people, racism exists, world hunger exists, war exists, and etc.
Ignorance: These all do not exist and it is part of your head.

Again, maybe you can try and formulate your comments into some kind of coherent point in the future so I can respond. This site is filled with people bemoaning the supposed collapse of the white mans dominance (apparently being overthrown by gays, feminists and black people?), which is literally the most delusional idea I've ever encountered. I point this out and you respond by saying.. What exactly?( . )( . ) said:A common side effect considering they created......everything. I'm sure your utopia of mud hut dwelling bushman providing the logistics and infrastructure to keep the shelves stocked for your feminine hygiene products is not too far away.
As for your snarky comment of white men never having a rough time throughout history. I think you went full retard on that one and no rebuttal is really needed.

I don't understand why IMPROVING YOURSELF and TAKING MEDS are mutually exclusive. Yes doctors are overprescribing, but that doesn't mean the meds are harmful (unless they prescribe you an insane dosage of an antipsychotic). You should discuss with your doctor what are the benefits of taking the meds and decide whether they're worthy or not. They're another tool that YOU can take advantage of. Don't take the meds because the doctors "say so", but because you actually find a benefit in your life quality.gov87 said:Thanks for all the replies so far guys. I def didn't want to create any arguments but all the posts are interesting.
One thing I wanted to speak about was how there are all these labels- for example bipolar has like 4 different types now. They just do this to prescribe more easily bc insurance covers it. They told me that's what I was within 10 min of being there and I was so far off in my head I tried to believe it. They told me bipolar people would have a hard time accepting it lol. I wouldn't have if they had more facts. Anyways, I tried all those meds for a few months and then just quit for several months.
I'm pretty disgusted by the whole thing. Instead of believing in myself I had those around me including my ex gf telling me I needed the meds. It was such madness now I can see. I'll eventually stop the zoloft but I had to get my head right after 1.5 years of this crap.
Everyone just be careful of course but make decisions to make you a better you as always. I didn't do this feeling sorry for myself. There's a ton more people out there way worse off than me. I'm just doing what I have to at this time to get to where I want to be.
Good stuffgov87 said:I just wanted to share a little about myself so maybe it'll help others on this forum if you have something similar going on or can relate. Listen guys, this world is so messed up and it'll only get more difficult. However, there is much beauty left to be found... it's in the simple things and our natural instincts as men. If you have an anxiety, it is probably a product of some negative this world has produced. My advice is that if it is there, fix it now. Ask yourself why you have that anxious feeling bc it's to tell you something important. Don't ever be afraid to ask for help bc trust me, it's a hell of a lot easier than toughing it out on your own all the time.
Best wishes everyone,

So well said, my friend. You put into words what I was thinking about the whole thing. I was one of those people that had the underlying "I just don't want to admit I have a weakness", I just didn't realize this is what I was doing. I'm trying to point this out to others that admitting those weaknesses and asking for something that's going to help you be the person you want is ok. Don't listen to society saying you're weak and you can't tough it out on your own. This could be the very thing holding you back from getting to your truth you seek. Thanks again for your post.Anargyros said:I don't understand why IMPROVING YOURSELF and TAKING MEDS are mutually exclusive. Some people think meds take over your mind and you stop being yourself. Actually, the meds should help you become the man you want to be, having an easier time coping with everyday problems. Yeah taking meds may sound like "cheating" in the process of becoming a stronger version of yourself but in order to become stronger you have to admit to yourself that you have weaknesses - denying that will prevent you any kind of improvement to begin with.
I think there's nothing wrong with taking meds as long as they help you feel better. Yes society sucks and it's becoming harder and harder to fit. Any expression of art is a good therapy as they let you speak from deep within. Meds will also help IF you want to get better, just as a therapist... I'm afraid that behind the "I don't take meds because I want to be myself" speech there's an underlying "I don't want to get better and LIVE MY LIFE because I'm so afraid to, so I'll just sit and blame the society"
Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.
