I pretty much move on with a snap of the fingers if someone doesn't really serve much use to me. I try to be friendly but if a girl isn't acting the way where I feel good about myself, I'm out.

There's a difference between tolerating and being comfortable. With some people I'm comfortable and I really want to hang with them, but with those others that I tolerate, wel I'll see them when I see them.

Also I agree that a man who's successful in dating has options and will behave the way you mentioned whether it's cause or effect. Most women have a lot of options. I also liked the "typical female response" comment. Do women not act like robots all saying the same predictable things? This gives credence to the idea that a certain approach to dating will give you a typical (favorable) response from women as well.

Dude, breaking beyond the usual gender barrier here, you are describing a seller/buyer relationship in which the seller's product is a "rare" and "precious" commodity. It follows that the buyer's power in this situation is inversely related to how much they really want that commodity.

For better or worse, we've reached a point culturally and socially in which the seller has been granted ****loads of power in this transaction, and the buyers either flail helplessly and willingly throw money and time blindly in the hopes of getting their precious goods; or, empowered by a strong sense of pride and self, flip the seller/buyer relationship on its head and are thus able to procure the goods at their own will.

Besides the first thing you listed, all of those are behaviors a HEALTHY individual would engage in. Male or female.

Many women are NOT healthy emotionally, and many men aren't either. I don't know what was so hard to understand about what I wrote the first time.
