Men standing up for Men's Rights

I saw this article the other day and wanted to post it here, because it shows an example of some men who are standing up for men's rights.

Apparently the government has instructed college campuses to start treating campus rapes like civil cases, instead of criminal cases. Meaning that they should only require a preponderance of evidence instead of beyond a reasonable doubt. So if the school thinks that there is a 51% that the rape was committed, then the (male) student is expelled.

Not surprisingly, under these new rules, allegations of sexual offenses are up, as are complaints about the way the schools have handled them. As are lawsuits filed by men suing the schools for the way they were treated.

This article tells of a young man who was two weeks away from graduating, but then was expelled because of a "he said/she said" violation. Police investigated the incident but did not charge him. He felt he earned a degree but the school took it from him. Understandably.

Man, I know this opinion won't be popular, but this is just another example of how NOTHING good comes from drunken one-night stands. I know it's easier said than done, especially in the moment, but I'm going to teach my son not to have sex with anyone unless they want it more than you. Anti-sl*t defenses are at a high at drunk college parties too, thus making this crap more likely to happen. Best to steer clear. Get a blow job instead, it's kind of hard to prove that you forced oral sex on anyone unless it's a gang-rape or something.

Most of my ONS are all awkward anyway. Best to make girls into steady plates, than just going for the ONS. Just my $0.02.

Also send your kid to a community college for an education, universities are breeding grounds for idiots and the STDs that love them. I will be teaching my kids to steer clear of women (in college/university) until they are finished their trade. After that the world is open to them.

Amen, no precautions are enough, but today, having a ONS with a stranger is extremely risky for men and particularly young men in college. Have sex only in a bed, preferably your bed until you know her. Never have sex with a girl who is visibly intoxicated as in stumbling or slurring speech, especially if others saw her as such. Never get into a tearing off clothes in haste scenario with someone you don't know. Get her to change into lingerie or even one of your tshirts and shorts, take a bathroom break just before. If your state allows one party recording, carry a small recorder. They are dirt cheap and charge lasts long. Also great to have around for cops or aholes picking fights. If she says "no" or teases with push-pull, do what all smart DJs do anyway and withdraw attention without pouting, whining or wheedling. Begin to leave calmly and you will be amazed how often you are getting laid in the next two minutes.

Preponderance of evidence in a kangaroo administrative hearing. In other words, if you have sex with a coed and she claims it was nonconsensual then it's totally up to a few anti-male biased individuals to decide whether they want to expel you from college.
