That is a negative outlook to have, and I understand since I think we all have been there. What I recently had to realize is this=there is no offical war going on between Mars and Venus. They both have citizens trying to start cival unrest but officially there is no war.
In general women aren't out to hurt men (just some since they have been hurt themselves), and in general women aren't out to be gold digger (which really is an oxymoron since men's natural job is too be providers as well as protectors).
I had to learn to let bygones be bygones, and not blame the entire female race because of a couple of bad ones.
Remember just because you were hurt by 5 people that doesnt mean the other 6,999,999,995 people of the planet earth are out to get you.
