I have... what..1 project manager, 1 graphic designer, 2 html /css guys and 9 actual php / asp.net programmers.
One of my programmers, i spoke about him a few times here, i literally pulled out of a crack house. i literally drove to the crack house, walked inside the crackhouse, grabbed him, took him to rehab, let him stay with me for 2 months when he got out of rehab. He knew how to program a little so i gave him a job as a front end programmer and paid him well. Then taught him to actually PROGRAM then paid him more and gave him more responsibilities. I introduced him to his GF, who is one of my wife's friend's friends and she's ****ing cute!
I've been clean for over 10 years i don't need to go to NA meetings but i would go with him just so he didn't have to go alone. He has about 4 years clean now. This dude is basically my son.
I have an arch rival in my business. If I'm master splinter he's shredder. I used to do alot of work with the dude and he decided he was going to start his own firm and a 3 of my programmers within a month's time frame decided to quit. He gave them raises and stole them under me.
So I paid one of the guys a few thousand dollars to basically sabotage one of the sites he was working on lol costing him the job and then i hired him back. lol the war was on.
So then one day we happened to be in the running for the same project which was HUGE like a 40k project, and the guy basically falls on the sword and says look, i get the feeling you're not going to hire me, but whatever you do, don't hire backbreaker's company lolol. I was out to eat with my wife and son when i get a call that he was going to cancel the job we had agreed on earlier that day and told me he got advised not to hire us by this guy. I couldn't do anything but laugh lol nicely played.
So I went and found the company he was outsourcing all his work to, becuase he can't program **** lol, and flooded them with so much work and paid them upfront lol, so they could not get his work done on time and thus he had to cancel all his jobs lol.
Anyway, so i say all this **** to say. I hate this moter****er. Everyone i work with hates this mother****er. I've seen this guy in restaurants and have walked out. If i'm the bloods he's the crips. I'm i'm the bulls he's the knicks.
Anyway, so back to my "son". he was my project manager. he's great at his job. he makes about 70k a year, if he ever asked me for anything he know's i'd do it for him. I helped him finance his car. He was the only non family i flew to england to my wedding. So I've been having some issues with jobs. Clients not getting updates. **** not getting done. This is not like him.
Unbeknownst to him I have software on the computer that he uses, which is mine, that takes snap shots of the screen and sends it to my computer every 30 mins. we all work from home and it's how i make sure that everyone is half ass working lol. So I lost a client because they had to have something done and my programmer didn't even know it had to be done. So I'm lookiung over the notes, and i found out that he has been talking to my vival.
I already knew what happened then. So I call him and tell him to come over my house. I take my son to the babysitter becuase i know i'm about to curse and ****. I show him the screen shots and he spills the beans; the dude paid him 5k to basically sabotage the jobs.
I'm like dude, what the **** have i ever done to you? He's like nothing at all you're a great guy and i appricate all that you have done for me, but i needed the money.
I'm like **** dude look at my house you know how much money we make if you honestly needed 5 thousand dollars why not say backbreaker hey dude i need to borrow 5 grand. "do you think i would have given you the 5 grand had you asked?" yeah.

The dude convinced the guy that he was going to get paid anyway, not like we are hurting for money so what is the harm in sabotaging a few jobs?
I fired dude and told him i don't ever want to see him again.
All this talk about women this woman that. Dudes,are just as bad. there some non loyal mother****ers out there.
i'm honestly pretty ****ing hurt. I genuinely cared about dude. This is how the **** i'm repaid.
You just can't be a good guy anymore
