well this isn't really an enlightened answer, but i'ved lived and experienced alot of things in my life and it's only about to explode. but when you live across from a seniors home....who really wants to live past 60?
maybe i'll die young, maybe i'll die old, but 50 to 60 is all i'm looking for.
i don't want somebody wiping my butt, because i can't. a usual walk that takes me 5 minutes now compared to 40 years from now would take 40 minutes.
if i fall something might break. the list goes on about being old.

second hand smoke isn't going to kill children. experimenting with drugs, accidents, and other natural causes will be the blame.

not to mention obesity. thats the next target.
Of course second hand smoke won't kill children. They will just get athsma and other respiratory problems from being exposed to such **** at a young age. Then it will be on your conscience.

As for 50-60. Yeah, that's probly it, be prepare to suffer though, this stuff kills you slowly. You'll wish you were dead at 40 from all that crap in your lungs giving you breathing problems and various cancers.

Best of luck to you. You're playing russian roulette with cancer. And don't be surprised when you do get it. There is no cure for cancer. Just treatment that is not all that effective. Some people make it. Most don't.

Your better off smoking pot, noone has died from smoking pot but goodluck with the mac diet I'll warn you that your sperm count will drop and have a heart attack when your 30.

That's not true, dude. Nobody has ever died from smoking cigarettes either. They died from lung cancer and pot may be a cause of cancer just as much as cigarettes.

I suggest do it. Follow the plan and make a review posting your results and how much muscle you lost.

So If I get hit by a car.... I die as a result of hitting the pavement and not the car hitting me.

And if someone gets shot, they are not killed by the perpetrator but by a bullet flying in the air and shredding their organs on impact. (those pesky bullets.)

I fail to see the logic.

Cigarettes have tar. Tar gives you cancer. If you die of it the cigarettes are to blame BECAUSE they gave you cancer.

Cause and effect.

There's plenty of healthy items at McD's - it all depends on what you choose.

Best thing to do is to stay away from all processed foods.

If man made it, don't eat it.

But then all you will be having is tap water :p

Seriously thou why eat healthy food there? people go there for a burger and chips. If you are going to start buying a bagal with cheese there then why bother going to there? you can go anywhere!

When i am out in town, for lunch i buy a tuna and cucumber bagguet (whole meal bread) and an orange juice.

Steak is fine. So are fruits and veggies and nuts and eggs.
And lightly processed cheeses. The good stuff like feta, real swiss and cheddar wheels... etc.

What I meant by man-made is processed foods.

White bread, most cheeses, processed meat like salami, chips, soda, pasta etc...

And OJ is full of sugar - not the best thing for you.

Read again our discussion. I said that pot is not any more dangerous than cigarettes, but it's somewhat dangerous for the same exact reason cigarettes are. You are just difending my point:)

Like someone said before, watch the movie Super Size Me, and you'll think twice about doing this. It's this documentary about a guy who eats NOTHING but McDonalds for a whole month, the first week isn't that bad, but about 2 weeks in, the effects start to show.

but i always wondered what does a non-smoker do when they get stressed?
a smoker will puff away their anger. does a non-smoker just complain and vent?
We choose a healthy way to do it instead of a physically and mentally weak way of drugging ourselves up.

And as far as discrimination i'm assuming you mean this definition of it:

"Treatment or consideration based on class or category rather than individual merit; partiality or prejudice: racial discrimination; discrimination against foreigners." dictionary.com

Non-smokers don't treat you differently based on category or class. You're each independently (individual merit) disgusting and independently treated differently. No discrimination. You just all happen to have the same disgusting habit and try to band together (category) to protect yourselves. It's like saying i'm bad for not liking booger eaters. Disgusting habit and i don't want them around me. At least booger eaters keep it to themselves and don't force me to wash my jeans the day after i go out.

That's ridiculous. No one dies from cancer. They die from their heart stopping and their brain starving of oxygen.

Geez man!

No, the body dies from the failing of the critical bodily functions, such as the immume system, the cell-division function, the production of blood cells, and others. It is the consequence of these critical systems failing that causes the actual death sequence.

So, you say they died from their heart stopping, I say they died from over-working it, or mis-treating it.:moon:
