Ok, so some people (like me) think they masturbate and watch too much porn, and in doing so is having a MASSIVE effect on they're ability to pick up women.

Yes it makes you way more nervous. I gave up several months ago and feel much better, more confident and clear headed in general and more comfortable around girls.

That's EXACTLY how i feel, i mean it's only early day's yet for me (4 days last night) ... but i was able to drink tons,stay out later,keep my concentration,have more desire and energy and generally have a better time.

Yeah I love the feeling of confidence I have when I haven't fapped in a while, I feel like there's a beast in side me awakening and I have to force myself NOT to talk to females. Just the other day I had to restrain myself from trying to make out with this chick as it was totally the wrong time and place. Then I broke down and did it and now the beast is asleep again.

This subject is not to be taken lightly. It's best to go without pr0n. It really does mess up your brain and performance with real women. Especially after you start to slow down sexually after 30 or so. And if you have any additional anxiety in your life like money problems or stress from work it magnifies this.

I feel sorry for men growing up these days who are overexposed to it from age 12. I used to have to scam playboys from people back when I was a teenager. Real happy for that.
