People like Phil Scott, a black social media newscaster having a few channels is encouraging all black Americans (and those in white dominated western countries) to get their affairs in order, get their passports and buy land and house in Africa, Carribean or a black country as insurance if things get real ugly in the US.Nationality is not analogous to skin color or gender.

San Francisco to air Black reparations plan — $5M payment to each eligible person
The $5 million-per-person payment is among more than 100 recommendations ranging from offering grants to buy and maintain homes to exempting Black businesses from paying taxes.qctimes.com
Most people use communist dictatorships and failed states as examples of socialism. You mean a slighly more left western capitalism. Maybe have a min income standard.Socialism is the answer. Money, Capitalism, Feudalism and Patriarchy (control/objectification of women) is the cause of all of this.
Note how the Scandinavian poster said he never experienced this in his country growing up.
Live in a system where everyone is given a job, housing, basic amenities etc. Jobs dont need to be super-hard, most work throughout most of history wasnt as stressful as the average job today. There was not much competition on those days. We definitely can have a productive (more than currently) economy within a social system. Centralised job allocation is superior to market driven job allocation.
A smarter person doesnt need to get better living standards than an average person. If they do the diff doesnt need to be much. The best guys can drive BMW while average guys driving fords is enough differentiation, it doesnt need to go to bugattis and ferraris, with others being homeless, that much difference has no value.
Most ppl work hard and are motivated by appreciation, acknowledgement and social status, not stuff. Stuff is there for aknowledgement of personal value in todays workd, but that acknowledgement can simply be given by the system, ie guys doing good for society will simply be acknowledged and be able to walk with their head up, glory, self-esteem etc.
Capitalism causes a chaotic system where everyone is unhappy, this results in ethnic and identity conflucts as everyone blames other groups for their misery. Note the current British press how they used the very few boat crossing migrants to stirr up hatred by the hard-right working classes, who blame migrants for their unhappy lives even though it is the system not (directly) the migrants causing this, although migration (on a larger scale) is also a problem contributing to the chaotic and broken system.
Communism was a failure. IMO it came too soon, and also was too centralised. The problem with Communism IMO is that it tried to compete with Capitalism, for example, Space exploration, olympics, etc. But the thing is Capitalism is good at moving fast and getting things done quickly and Socialism is slower more deeper and longer term progress. Communism lost imo cause they saw themselves in compeition with Capitalism, but you cannot be above or superior to something that you see as competition. Most people use communist dictatorships and failed states as examples of socialism. If socialism was such a great system, you would expect successful, hard-working people to be advocating for it. But that never happens. Instead, it's always losers and lazy bums who don't have two cents to their name who are preaching the virtues of socialism. Fvck that. Anyone who likes socialism can move to Cuba, Venezuela or North Korea (among others). And contrary to popular belief, Scandinavian countries are not socialist. Not even close.Socialism is the answer. Reparations in the current system will only make things worse, it is not the solution at all.
Why is this limited to black people? What about those who were discriminated against for being Irish, Italian, Asian or Jewish? How about people who were/are discriminated against for being ugly, too short, socially awkward, etc.? What about people who were bullied at school? Why shouldn't they get reparations? What about victims of physical and sexual abuse? How about if your parents didn't love you when you were a kid? This whole reparations thing is scam designed to exploit woke obsession with black victimhood.Did you not read the article?
A black person has to prove they actually lived in San Francisco during a specific time period. The $5 million is also just an arbitrary number pulled out of the ass.
I saw the Evanston, IL proposal. Their “reparations” only go to blacks (or their immediate descendants) who lived or tried to live in Evanston, IL decades ago and we’re discriminated against. And it’s not cash to pocket payouts, it is more specific things like down payment grants on a house or home repair. Only in Evanston.
With regards to that I am not talking about extreme socialism, I did say in my post Free Movement of Capital is an important thing, even in more socialist systems. Whats important about Socialism and why its needed is that ppl need to be provided with wholistic solutions, not individual parts. I'd rather someone give me a job and a place to live, rather than getting a job and having to find my own place, cos the latter is more work than the former. If socialism was such a great system, you would expect successful, hard-working people to be advocating for it. I don't even know how to respond to this. You want the government to give you a job and a placer to live? Do you want the government to suck your d!ck too?Nowadays living standards have improved since the 50s and most humans dont really care much about money as long as they make a decent standard of living. Esp women since the 50s really dont care about mens money as in those days interpersonal relationships were not important but today women care more about what you are rather than what you have. This is likely to increase further and then we will see men and women looking for easy jobs that leave more time and energy for social and relationship stuff, cos that stuff is more complex these days and requires more work, and humans only have limited capacity.
'Hardworking successful people' is just boomer talk imo young ppl dont talk like that these days. Men are gonna have to work hard in relationships in the future and even for those 'hard-working successful' men when women dont respect their achievements im sure they will learn that no one gives a ****. Maybe think about morality and whther the work is right rather than hard.
Who's going to pay for it?Hey just for ****s and giggles. What are your thoughts on the reparations movement for black slavery in the United States?
Who's going to pay for it?
The American people?
USA is a poor country https://usdebtclock.org/ and have the largest debt in the history of mankind which cannot be repaid to its lenders.
And if even they made that payment of reparations, you will all pay no matter what color you have on your skin in form of higher taxes and higher inflation, higher prices of everything because US government can only pay by printing more money of which it has none.
Socialism is not the answer. Capitalism is the answer.Socialism is the answer. Money, Capitalism, Feudalism and Patriarchy (control/objectification of women) is the cause of all of this.

There have been times where I have not gotten jobs and lesser qualified minorities were hired, often times a minority female. That's institutional oppression and discrimination. As a White man of the Millennial generation, I have more faced more institutional oppression and discrimination than any female in my age cohort.
Look, its simple, icba with all these different individual decisions and responsibilities and numerous little problems and issues. Back in the days ppl didnt have these issues and hence didnt have to waste their lifetime with all this admin, stupid decision making etc. Cos we have more products these days we have to make more and more purchasing decisions and its all meh icba.I don't even know how to respond to this. You want the government to give you a job and a placer to live? Do you want the government to suck your d!ck too?
The Capitalism system is making ppl feel like ****, its the feeling of absolute powerlessness against the power of the job market without any real collective worker bargaining, the extreme competition amongst workers it creates, the feeling of worthlessness and anxiety and fear that I hear about so much these days esp from women, it is all coming from this system that just wants to extract money from each other and nothing else matters. Thats why theres drugs and related issues.Living standards have increased since the 50's? Certainly not in the West. In the 1950's, an American male with a high school education could get a decent job and support himself, his stay-at-home wife, 2-3 kids, have a house, two cars, the whole American dream suburban lifestyle. In the 2020's, you have couples where both husband and wife are college-educated and employed, and yet they are barely scraping by, unable to afford a home, and have 0-1 kids because having kids is do damn expensive these days. You call this an improvement?
How many people in the 1950's were addicted to drugs, had serious mental health issues, or were morbidly obese? Not many. You look at pictures from the 50's and 60's and it's amazing how healthy, normal and human the subjects look. There has been an enormous decline in the standard of living for the average person in the West over the past 50-60 years.
With respect, I don't think you understand what capitalism is. Capitalism in the UK and US was at an all time high at the turn of the 20th century (i.e. over 100 years ago). We are way past peak capitalism. What we have today is called "crony capitalism", which is actually a type of socialism. It's when the government and large corporations (i.e. Hollywood, the media, banks, etc.) work hand in hand to push social agendas and fvck people over.I mean technology and basic standards have increased such as the ghettos seem safer and absolute poverty is much lower. But other than that I think you are making my point for me. Capitalism in UK/US is at all time highs and look where it got us. I used to have your views that women should be in the home not the workplace but I imagine pigs would fly before we see the return of that so socialism or men reducing their workforce participation are probably better solutions.
Since the 50s, the rich have gotten richer, and tbh those actual rich are probably still mostly white men not females, or minorities, so its just the same ppl on top, whether they r using minorities or females to get power is not the point. Ofcourse its capitalism if the rich have been getting richer and rest poorer, it can only be stopped with gov intervention. I mean how much money does gates, bezos, musk etc have? If things have gotten bad since the 50s you just have to ask is there more or less capitalism and the answer is have the rich got richer and is there greater inequality and the answer seems to be yes. With respect, I don't think you understand what capitalism is.
