So if anybody read my post last night, it was about the girl that wouldn't give me her number after I asked her to go ice skating with me over spring break.

Well, today she stopped me in the hallway this morning before first period. She asks me to come to some youth thing at her church, and then says "we can go ice skating next Friday I think." I didn't really react to that, just said "ok, write down your number and give it to me later." So, she comes up to me later (while I'm talking to another girl....just a friend but SHE doesn't know that ) I didn't read the paper right away, but when I did, it turns out she didn't leave her number!! She just wrote down the address of the church and what time I should show up...and what to wear. lol. I don't really have much of a question, just venting. What is wrong with her? Why won't she give me her number???? If I had the number I'd call her and tell her something came up and I couldn't go (I don't wanna go to this church thingy at all), but I don't, so if I don't go, I won't be able to contact her for awhile, and she'll be thinking "wtf? Why didn't her show up??). The thing is, I think this girl has serious potential (she's obviously interested, and I like her) so I guess I have to go

This is happening to me now with one chick I know. So she may have read up on how guys game (or she's just experienced). You know what do women say on similar forums as this one? Do they all say play hard to get and not give out your number if you know the guy likes you? I would think that to be the case because they probably figure they can get control by doing so.

Thanks. I'll go, and I will get that number. And yeah, she always has a comeback. Didn't at first, but she does now. Even starts convos by throwing in her own neg-hits. Seems like all the girls I attract are like that. Hmm....maybe those are just the ones I'm attracted to lol.

Yup, no AFC, and that's a promise. The oneites thing, however, is harder, since there are NO quality girls around. I could get with plenty of them, but they all are stupid, seriously.

haha yeah I always like the one's who neg back or act bratty on purpose. They make the game more fun because they can kinda sense what you're doing and they're playing along really well. From my experience I would say girls like that are interested. Kinda sucks for me sometimes though because I like to do this stuff with girls while I'm at work and in my job it wouldn't be a good idea to ask for a number while she's there. I have to hope I'll run into her outside of work which luckily happens every now and then.

You however have it good with this chick. Just keep it up. I would be very surprised if it didn't pay off in the end. But watch out for oneitis because at this point you cannot be 100% sure she is interested.

i'm not going to be the normal basher of christians. but, from experience, my brother is one of those religious zealots. he thinks it his job to *RECRUIT* people to his church.

maybe that's what shes doing.

but it doesn't hurt to take out 1-2 hours of your time to go. just a heads up... they might make you feel bad for "going to church for the wrong reasons" and such.
