maturity

i've read a few posts saying how both being mature and not mature are good and bad, so i'm sort of confused. but what do u guys think maturity is?

in my mind, maturity is the sense of knowing what to do at the right time. Knowing when to be serious and when to have fun and joke around is a very careful balance....
