duke007,
Actually, exercising the imaginations is probably the most healthy exercise you can do. The imagination is rarely exercised, and for most people it becomes a dull and lifeless gray area of the mind that can rarely be put to its potential. Believe it or not, the imagination is like a muscle, and when exercised, it becomes more and more expansive. A strong imagination will not only allow you to create fantasies and pictoral images in your mind of great detail and vigor, it will also allow you to create your own reality and destiny in your life.
Most people have weakened imaginations. They have neglected their imagination, almost always because of fear. They are afraid of what their mind is capable of. They think they are a bad person if they imagine killing, raping, sex, escaping reality for some place better, etc. The fact is, the imagination is as limitless as you allow it to be, and when you put a cap on it, you limit what you can envision.
Because our visions are what allow us to create our destinies, the imagination is critical in doing so. I encourage you to take a few minutes every day, sit down, and simply imagine something totally original and unique. Create an image with your mind, close your eyes, add pieces onto it, watch it morph from one thing to another, see how complex and fantastic you can create it. Then the next day, try for something bigger and better, until you can literrally create any sort of idea in your mind.
Once you can do this, you have created the ability to brainstorm ideas and images in your mind better than 90% of the world. You will be able to think through problems with a greater deal of success because you have this huge limitless tool, the imagination at your disposal.
The master DJ uses his imagination spontaneously in encounters. It allows him to manipulate and use the situation to his advantage, by being creative and inspirational to all they meet.
Good Luck
