Before I run I have to ejaculate, it helps me relax prior working out (especially running). I can't really explain why but I guess it's how I am.
Expert doctors also tell us not to eat fish, meat, fruit, bread, salt, sugar because it can lead to cancer oh and margirine because it can make us blind. These experts tell us not to wash our cloths in washing powder because it can lead to cancer. They tell us we should not drink any alcohol at all because it is a poision the even in miniscule amounts can damage your liver, they then tell us that we should drink alcohol because it slows down the ageing process. They say X-RAYS are bad for you and give you cancer, then they say X-RAYS are good for you and prevent cancer.GatorBait said:"A team in Australia led by Graham Giles of The Cancer Council Victoria in Melbourne asked 1079 men with prostate cancer to fill in a questionnaire detailing their sexual habits, and compared their responses with those of 1259 healthy men of the same age. The team concludes that the more men ejaculate between the ages of 20 and 50, the less likely they are to develop prostate cancer.
The protective effect is greatest while men are in their twenties: those who had ejaculated more than five times per week in their twenties, for instance, were one-third less likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer later in life (BJU International, vol 92, p 211).
The results contradict those of previous studies, which have suggested that having had many sexual partners, or a high frequency of sexual activity, increases the risk of prostate cancer by up to 40 per cent. The key difference is that these earlier studies defined sexual activity as sexual intercourse, whereas the latest study focused on the number of ejaculations, whether or not intercourse was involved.
The team speculates that infections caused by intercourse may increase the risk of prostate cancer. "Had we been able to remove ejaculations associated with sexual intercourse, there should have been an even stronger protective effect of other ejaculations," they suggest. "Men have many ways of using their prostate which do not involve women or other men," Giles adds."
Is there any scientifical proof for this?MrS said:Yes, you should ejaculate 2-3 times a week as a healthy adult.
It's not about masturbation itself. It's PROVEN that not releasing sperm for a whole week increases your chances of getting a prostate cancer. Obviously, this is not something that concerns people in their 20s, but after you are 35, why would you want to risk this stuff?AngelusPUA said:That is just a myth I have actually consulted 2 doctors on this subject and they say there are no definitive studies that prove masturbation lowers the risk of prostate cancer.
AngelusPUA said:Stop masturbating for a period of 4 weeks, yeh you heard me, for 4 weeks don’t jerk off at all.
Damn son, you need to make up your mind. I hope this indecisive trait is not due to some excessive jerkin'.AngelusPUA said:If you never have sex and/or get head then you probably need to masturbate once a week or else you will become and AFC. So if you are not getting laid at all jerk off once a week but don’t do it too much once a day is bad for you (counterproductive).

Don't take this personally, but it almost sounds like a confession at Masturbator's Anonymous. The bluntness cracked me up quite a bit.saiyan23 said:I am a complete slave to porn. I beat off to any attractive woman I see every day.
