I usually do it once a day, but I'm cutting back for a few reasons:
1) It feels better doing it once a week than once a day. The last time I stopped for a week (baseball camp last year, couldn't whack it in the dorms, lol), it felt 3 times better when I got home.
2) I need all the testosterone I can get. It's summer and I'm trying to get ripped.
3) I'm sick of the feeling that I have to do it if I want to not take 4 hours to go to sleep.
4) Mental toughness training.
