If she asked "Where are we going" just say "Somewhere else" and keep walking. Confidence in these situations is key. A woman who is on the fence or has some LMR needs to see that you KNOW what you are doing and are in control of the situation. That is what makes them comfortable and what ultimately turns them on even more. That you know how to handle the situation, that you don't ask her to do anything and that you simply lead her and expect her to follow.

You could have texted your roomie to bounce.
You could have gone straight to your bedroom as you both walked in the door, rather than staying in the living room.
Wherever they first stay in, becomes a place of comfort. So your bedroom immediately you came in would have been the place of comfort.
