Senior Don Juan
Sometimes when applying for jobs I have the concern of picking something that suits my identity, at the risk of sounding silly. For instance, HR is an example of not, one serves those that do something of substance. Hence typically women in that role.
That’s why I have an inclination for STEM roles, you work your “bricks.” A silent world, you build your stuff, make money. I am wary of for instance being a retail bank advisor. Pampering people in need, doing a rather standard sales job. I think women would like that job.
Am also wary about managerial roles, writing reports (serving) stakeholders up, like a b… But many men work those roles. I’m clearly a noob here.
Anyhow, no one wants to work, and where’s the paradise anyway.
