Amusing aside: don't confuse Wing Chun with Wing Tsun, as guys like my old Sifu, who practice "Traditional Wing Chun (TM)" consider "Wing Tsun" to be horribly fake and inneffective.
He even told us stories about going to seminars given by the Wing Tsun grandmaster, Leung Ting, and trying to disrupt them by challenging Ting and his senior students to street fights.
So Ting's student got revenge by ambusing HIS 55 year old GrandMaster William Cheung -
God, those martial arts people can be insane. I'm glad there's a UFC now, to put most of those challenge matches behind us.
So when you studied Wing Chun/Tsun, did they ever teach you to slide your feet? If so, it wasn't "Traditional", LOL!
