Suggestion, rotate out your cologne at least every couple of years. Cologne can go bad. Also it's best to keep them in a dark place like a drawer because light can excellerate it's decomposition.
My Acqua still smells the same as it did 2-3 years ago, probably cuz I've kept it in my bathroom medicine cabinet (a dark place of course) ever since I bought it.

Let's put it like this, does anyone know of any good cologne for under $50? I don't think any exist unless you buy a travel size bottle. And it doesn't count if you can find it at Walgreens next to the Aqua Velva, Lectric Shave and English Leather.
Actually, yeah.

Tip #1: Buy stuff online. If you already know how the stuff smells...or if you don't, go to the store and try them out, then buy them cheaper online.

I just bought the following off eBay for much cheaper than I'd pay in a store like Macy's/Nordstrom, or whatever:

Armani Black Code, 2.5oz = $41
Gucci Envy, 3.4oz = $19
Coolwater, 2.5oz = $19

And if you're wondering about authenticity...it's the same with anything you buy on eBay. Personally, I only buy from PowerSellers, so I'm sure they are selling the real thing, and it's all in original packaging, etc...I'm satisfied.

You can get 7-8 good colognes to rotate for a fraction of what you'd pay in a regular store. Besides, you don't have to even leave your chair. But I would recommend going to the store and smelling the stuff before you buy it, so you don't end up with a lot of a cologne that you don't like. ^or one that smells like cat urine, LOL.

Here's the store I bought from: http://stores.ebay.com/Scents-For-Cents and another one also, which I didn't save, so I forget...but there's plenty if you just do a search.

I'm in no way affiliated with the guy, I'm just recommending as a satisfied customer.

also, just another note. Colognes will smell different on different people. I've noticed that after an hour or two of applying my Tuscany (by Aramis), the muskiness fades and it smells sort of like Calvin Klein out of the bottle.

Everyone has their own signature scent. So when you put on cologne, it mixes with your own bodily scent. You have to experiment to find your own signature scent...which I'm trying to do now. But then when you find it, I've heard you should keep it, so that people will associate that scent with you...ie, women.

Those are all travel size, I was looking for something other than travel size.

Usually six to eight ounces, between $50-70 a bottle.
