I guess...but it seems like you would need a second job to just pay for insurance and parking there...not to mention driving in rush hour traffic 24 hours a day 7 days a week would be nerve racking after a while.
Exactly why I'll never live in a big city. The most mundane things cost a ton of money. Meanwhile downstate you can go places where parking is free, drinks cost $5-6 each and you get out of there for under $20 most nights...
In major cities like NYC the growing trend among young people is not to have a car or even get a drivers license. In Toronto where I live approx half the people I know don't have cars and some have never learned how to drive. In some areas of Toronto it makes literally no sense to even have a car, like if you live and work on a subway line. NYC has an even better transit system than us and it's also expensive to live there so I can totally understand choosing not to take on the expense of a car.
Doesn't help when you live outside the city. I was looking at some co-ops that are investor friendly yesterday near CPW, my bedroom is bigger than the whole damn apt. I have not idea how people live in little boxes. The only plus was the building had it's own garage and it was included with the maintenance. The free parking is a good selling point, but still a bit overpriced in my opinion.
The women in the city are much hotter and more accessible than the women in the outskirts/suburbs it seems. I have better luck with 40 - 42, but I'd prefer to date/fvck younger women than older.
The more complicated it is for her to meet you the higher the chance of her flaking.

Most Women in NYC are not moms @ 21-23. I find I have little in common with women younger than 28. Younger than 35, and they are ridiculously immature. As long as she's in shape and looks good, I'm game.
She's way past her prime by 35. Until you're 50, you can go younger than 35.
You go and play the field in Westchester, Northern NJ, Southern CT and you will see what I mean. Different ball game my friend.
