Managing high sex drive

Hey all,

Just a question about how you guys manage your sex drive. I dont' know if I'm "normal" or not, but I seriously need it like 2-3 times a day, and there's times where I have to jerk it to be able to focus on things other than sex. I'm 26 years old...not some 17 year old with crazy high test levels.

If I don't ejaculate for over 24 hours I wanna hump everything in site...I get really horny. I'm not sure if this is normal.

Just wondering how everyone else here controls there sex drive to actually get stuff done...haha I know I"m gonna get flamed for this, but any tips help.

Whats the problem. **** your GF if you have one or jerk off. This is got to be one of the stupidest questions I ever encountered on this forum.

You have the first step down and that's admitting you have a problem, the second step is to seek professional help.

I'm good at giving relationship advice but your situation, although it seems comical, is something you really need to look in to.


We might have guys here that's qualified to handle a question like this, I'm not, so I'm just gonna take my hate out of the ring on this one.

hahaha Man that is totally normal for guys that eat well, lift weights and have a low body fat % as you do.

When I have a GF I never leave the house as that is time wasted that could be spent fvcking. Not to mention embarrassing public erections.

i get pretty steamed when i'm horny and my gf doesn't feel like it

how do i manage? i dont really. the agner sibsides when i go home, then i start feeling terrible about being so agro

What do you usually eat? I started feeling the exact same way when I was experimenting with Zinc supplements..

Lucky - I'm eighteen and the only way I can get turned on at all is through physical things. I'm never horny until it's time to do the deed.

That's not a good thing, especially as such a young age.

I am in my mid thirties and have recently lost about 20 pounds(but still overweight, about half way there), and I get like this too, since then, getting exercise and taking supplements, ideally I would like to have sex about 2x a day. It is horrible when you don't have a gf. Combined with my sense of inferiority that I can't seem to shake, I think it actually makes me come across as even more desperate and clingy to women then I would be if I was not horny and didn't care. Some sosuavers suggested that my depression was due to low testosterone but I find that difficult to believe when I am horny all the time nowadays.

I weight lift 5 days a week - run 6 miles 4 days a week - eat a fairly clean diet - rarely masturbate

yet some how my drive is low

u dont need proffesional help, that was me as well. it just means you're weak.

think about something else, stop looking at porn (important!) and stay busy always. everytime you think of jacking off, go to the gym or something. i don't believe in going cold turkey in a way that suggests you sit there and try not to jack off because you will give in. the best way is to replace the habit with another habit (working out)

that what i've done and if i really need to (if i dont pickup a girl a certain week) i only ever jack off once a week out of CHOICE, not because i need to

Wow! That is your problem for sure.

Take a week off training!
Cut down that weight lifting to a 3 day powerlifting style routine and cut that running out totally(catabolic) and substitute some GPP like sled pulling twice a week. Add ZMA (100% of athletes are deficient in zinc) and raise your fat intake (best natural testosterone booster).

I promise you, that if you do this you will love the results.

Over training turns your libido to nothing.

MCristo - You haven't (couldn't have) trained to be able to handle that kind of volume - yet. You could, if you ate like 7K calories a day. Take wolf116's advice, and cut down on your training, no matter how much you love it.

Right I'll definitely give that a try. I remember taking a week off two months ago helped me a lot with general happiness and well-being. I'm going out to buy ZMA today; should help with my sleep and fatigue trouble too. Thanks for the advice
