I'm 22 years old. A manager. Im coming off a breakup where I had a beta backslide... bad. How do I ask out just an entry level sales girl. I work in retail @ nordstrom. I think I could get in trouble for asking her out on the clock. But who knows. She's cute I figure it is worth a try. Advice?

If she says she does not know tell her that you take out entry level people for drinks as a ritual and then when u are out with her continue the small talk then isolate her and make a move.

its only too soon if you make it seem that way. You have to believe your own bullsh1t before the females do. Waiting till she settles in , I would only advise that if he is the slightly shy type and wants to approach using social circle game but good luck with that if you have no personality. She will respect your boldness if you strike early.

oh yeah one more thing. ...make sure you are mentally prepared for any awkwardness that may ensue in the aftermath of this whole debacle. If you keep things straight and show maturity u will be fine.

It’s a tough call, I'll concede that much.
Anywhere else like at your usual gym, country club or sports centre; get to it straight away but at work, as the manager. Just seems like an abuse of power, or could lead to that claim if it goes wrong. Be interested in knowing what happens…

You as supervisor asking a subordinate out? Didn't in the sexual harassment training they specifically told y'all not to do that? Any way, to answer your question, you don't ask her out. Go holla at chicks that that work next door at Bloomingdales, Brooks Brothers, Macy*s or something. I'm just waiting for the day to come when dumb f*ck comes in here talking about how he hooked with with a chick he works with, it didn't work out, now he's out of a job.
