As a high school teacher I think I better put my 2 cents in. In the short run/ long run it will never be kept quite. This can have serious issues for her career. Currently this is my fourth year at the current school that I teach at. I get flirted with all the time, especially by any Hb8+. But to do something would be idiotic. Heck, just this past week one of them even said in CLASS that I was a " white guy with an attractive booty". As for telling your freinds most likely that would be a very bad idea.
Get the idea out of your head, dont even consider asking her.
I must admit that as a 38 year old it is very flattering to be hit on by attractive young students, but when they start stopping by the house unannounced... and they always do in my case sooner or later.... then it gets a bit worriesome if you are a teacher.

You remind me of myself a few months back, when I'd do almost anything just get this ONE girl and let this ONE relationship work out...no other girl could ever do blah blah...(which I now find laughable and pathetic - not that I consider myself a player, it's juts never good to be that obsessive and needy)

Expectedly, I didn't like the advice from guys on this forum..I thought "how can they just walk away from a relationship, why won't they help me and give me some real advice"....well the fact is, they were helping me, more than I knew.

Now that I've seen the light so to speak, I agree with them completely, and I'd say this entire situation will only get much worse if you try anything. In a few months when your infatuation has died down (trust me you probably aren't really "in love")..you'll see how insane making a move would have been, and you'll be glad you didn't.

dude, just be a man and walk away from this entire idea. find another girl to go out with - and be sure that there are many options, you are a don juan after all. Now get some balls and start believing it.....the girls will come rolling in.

I'm a master of constructing plans for improbable situations and even I can't see any way you could set this one up. Every conceiveable way of trying to lay your teacher will almost assuredly end with the statement "then she'll laugh at you and say 'awe I'm flattered but no'" I'm being serious here the only outside shot you could concievably have would be to wait till after you graduate and check the scene at that time. This isn't a fantasy porn site where we feed you a bunch of lies to feed your HS fantasy. If you want to accomplish something listen to what the rest of these people are saying and stop thinking about something that's completely out of your reach.
