I got boobs that are a little fat looking, not huge but they are noticable. And I think it has to be extremely un-attractice, and if I lose them I know my confidence will soar..
Currently all I do is run 2 miles 5 times a week. I started out not being able to run even a 1/4 of a mile to running 1 a day, than 2 a day and im pushing for 3. I dont really have access to a gym, I simply put on some running shoes and I figured out the distance from a certain street to another, using a car ofcourse. I started this 2 month's ago and I used to weight 215 pounds, now I weigh 204. Im horrible at figuring out how to lose body fat. Any tips?
The running is showing gradual results, but I would like to learn how to tone out my chest, I dont have access to a gym though.
