YO.

For the past year I have really neglected my body due to depression. That is meaning I ate LOTS of junk food and didn't exercise.

Right now, I noticed that my chest began to pop up in a non muscular way. :p + I have a belly.

I started a diet and I started to avoid fats (sweets, burgers and all this crap). I'm trying to get back in shape and pick a good exercise routine and hopefully get a 6 pack ( a new year's resolution).

Can anyone suggest some good exercises besides crunches or bench press to get rid of my tits and extra belly fat???

thx.

Whoa for once I actually thought you were actually DJ Tiesto. Lol.

Post your stats, from there, if you're fat, read DIESEL's Cutting Guide. If not, the opposite.

Yeah. Guess he ain't got male tits yet. Guess he ain't got girl problems either ;)

My stats are not current so I will measure myself tomorrow and post then.

I don't think I'm fat. I just have a belly, u know. All other body parts are ok and arms are muscular. Just the belly and chest don't fit in with the rest. Probably cuz of the junk food.

You can't spot reduce, you gonna have to cut to get rid of the fat.

My stats:

weight: 174 lb
height: 6'0
waist: 33 inches

Most of my body fat is concentrated in my stomach/chest area.
MUST LOSE IT.

I'm 5'11" and I look pretty good when I'm at 175#. Unfortunatly, I dropped down to 161# recently after a rather nasty cold. I think you just need a good cutting cycle to jettison the extra adipose you picked up from eating too many twinkies and drinking sodas while moping around feeling sorry for yourself.

The cardio will make you feel good too! You probably never would have gotten depressed if you had gotten on a treadmill 3 times a week. :-/

In this Economy?
lower chest press is a good excerise that can help achieve a sexy almost 8-pack look

besides that cutting is good along with putting some cutting gels in that area.

i did that this summer and i have a nice chest plate these days

Sounds like I really need some cardio.
I have a pool complex 2 mins away from my house. I can't really do running cuz there's snow everywhere.
Is swimming a good solution?
If so, how many times per week and should I go swim the same day I do resistance training? I feel really tired after a session of swimming, gonna be hard to lift weights the same day?

I started my diet 2 weeks ago. I eat lots of veggies (carrots, avocados, lettuce) and lots of carbos. Also started consuming fish products like tuna and salmon (loads of proteins).

My current exercise plan for the stomach area includes:

Mon: crunches (2x20)
Wed: abslider (2x25)
Fri: ab master (the abdominal roller that helps u do crunches) (2x30)

Definitely cut back on the carbs, especially sugar and processed carbs such as pasta and bread.

All right yo.

Here's a set up for you.

http://www.sosuave.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22247&perpage=20&highlight=xenadrine%20rfa1&pagenumber=2

Check the diet out here, one I was following last spring. What I was doing, was setting up a "core" of like 1100-1200 calories that I would eat throughout the day.... which gave me 400 -800 to play with (chicken, beef... etc.)

Supplement that with this workout...

http://www.sosuave.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33156&highlight=new+workout

which is basically this...

Day 1. Legs/ Hams (14-16 work sets) (do it first in the week when your body is fresh)

Day 2. Back (8-10), Traps (4), Bis (6) (back is a bigger muscle group than chest)

Day 3. Chest (8), Tris (6), Delts (6)
ok... put a day of rest between each of those three days (like mon-weds-friday), and on that day of rest, do your cardio.

You are going to want to excercise and eat right. You can choose what diet you think is best for you, my father had a lot of success with an atkins type diet: low carbs. And swimming is great, just make sure that by the 3rd week you are doing a lot of distance stuff and timing it. Doing 10 x 100´s on 2:30 or 2:45 is really good. I coach swimming, so you can shoot me a PM if you are interested in pool workouts.

Try a CKD while using Yohimburn. Worked for me.
