This is an interesting study. Apparently, currently today's man have crappy grip strength than previous generations of men. In fact, some of their grip strength equates that to that of a 30-year old mom.

A generation of weak male Millennials apparently. Do you find this article about mens' weakened grip strength accurate? Some are claiming it's genetics evolving and the "Y" chromosome shortening.
Some blame father's not being prominent members of the household anymore and these men just sleep around and spread their seed, popping out b**tard sons.
But the article goes on more to talk about physical masculinity as a whole, that a new generation of men on average are getting more and more physically weak when it comes to strength and the ladies are getting as equal as these weaker men or stronger.
Some have made comments that "lifting" doesn't equate THIS kind of strength. For instance, police academies had to taper their physical requirements for being a cop.
