Okay, I remember a thread about this a few months ago, but couldn't find it again.

Yesterday while I was doing squats, doing the last rep of my last set, I got a MAJOR pain in the back left side of my head. I was doing 155lbs on squats, which is my new high, and was on my third set of five. I literally almost fell over from the pain, and after struggling the rest of the way up and racking the bar, I just collapsed on the ground. I've never felt anything like this before. Now (19 hours later) I still have the pain, although not as strong. This is definitely not a headache. I couldn't finish my workout yesterday, and I can barely see straight as it is right now.

Any ideas?

You should probably get to the hospital right now dude.

Maybe you burst a vein or tore something.

Go to the hospital. I had this when doing barbell curls a year and a half ago. Exact same symptoms as you. Worst pain I've ever felt. They did an MRI scan on my head and gave me a spinal tap. They couldn't find any evidence of bleeding, so all was ok. But yeah...go to the hospital. I haven't done curls since then, haw haw!

I was the person with the orginal post. Its your breathing. Go back to lighter weights, and get your breathing down correctly. Your probably holding your breath for the entire rep and/or set.
