No definition that references anything sexual. If one wants to be more specific, "MMF threesome" can be used to avoid confusion. Personally, I use this term interchangeably with Chinese Handcuffs, since I'd say that's probably the least gay/dirty method of banging the same chick at the same time with another dude.
