The number 1 asset to your improvement is your love of life. There are so many things in this world that prevent us from attaining this, things that make us put off our dreams. These things come in many different forms. It might be the loss of a close friend, an injury or cold, lack of fun, an addictive computer games, over-analysation, all these things can put you off and lead you down the toilet.

Remember a time-frame where you where truely happy with life. You where excited about parties and you enjoyed socialising. You where accomplishing your goals and everything just kept flowing.

Come with me as I uncloud the secrets to attaining such a state.

Everyone here over-conceptualises. They worry about what they should or shouldn't be doing so they end up not doing any thing at all. The best teacher is your self.

What would you do if i told you that there is a way to unlock a person in the back of your head who would tell you EXACTLY what to do at any given moment for the best results. Well there is, it's called your inner wisdom. It helps you grow.

It all comes back to a love for life. When you love life you begin seeing things more clearly, you begin becoming a better socialiser.

What do you always day dream of having? B/C that's what your inner wisdom is telling you to persue. If all you can think about is looking great, then work on that and when you look great your inner wisdom will tell you to go after something else.

There's only so much time guys, your here for an instant and then we are gone. There's no time to be sitting around here thinking about what to do.

You know that guy that just kind of naturally draws people towards him with his charisma? Those guys always know where they are going, they know their what their career ambitions are, their ideals are, etc. They just seem to have everything worked out.

Uncertainty is destructive. Certainty is the center of happiness. Certainty is a love for life.

Be certain about everything.

In the end - put a smile on your face.

Theres no time for confusion, worry, fear, etc. I've wasted enough time all ready.

I'm off

Cya round.

Excellent tip. This deals a lot with the humanistic school of thought in regards to human psychology and development. Self-actualization of your goals is important, and only YOU know what can make you happy. I like the theories regarding this concept because they are extremely flexible and applicable to almost any situation or person.

However, I do have a problem. The paragraph about day dreaming really caught my eye. I've been doing a lot of that lately. But I'm confused as to the meaning.

First it involves this woman (oneitis haha), although occassionally its another one of my lesser interests. Secondly, it involves me impressing that woman. Appearing powerful, looking dangerous/mysterious etc.

The good thing about this is, the dangerous bad boy confidence type of thing is what I should be going for (well not just going for, its a key ingridient in attraction). However....what about the oneitis? Always just that one girl? Should I persue her despite the fact that all of my careful analyizations say its over and I should just move on? And what about the impressing thing. Sure you can always get big muscles, a diploma, whatever it is that you need to make yourself a better person, but you have to do it for YOURSELF. In this case it feels like I'm just out for attention and ego stroking. And I'm trying to impress her! Convincing her that I'm good enough for her. Thats bad! It should be the opposite way.

So safe to say, I'm not quite that good at determining my own goals as I can't quite interpret what my day dreams and "inner wisdom" are telling me. So help me out. Good post tho

Look at it in a more broad kind of sense. Your inner wisdom wants a girl, not necessarily that girl. At one stage you must of believed you had a chance with the girl to develop a one-itis and so your inner wisdom see's it as the easiest way to get "a girl". However, you should always be open minded about what your day dreams are telling you - you want a girl. That's perfectly natural for you, insecure? Yes. But this makes no difference, you will continue to be insecure until you DO get a girl. Once you do get a girl you will realise its not that important and your iner wisdom will move on.

See what's happening? Your inner wisdom is trying to help you evolve. Listen to it. Learn seduction and pick up. Once you do this you will be fulfilled for a short time and you will start chasing something else.

Trust me on this one.
