Season 8 was shot in my city, and It was as boring as I expected. A couple of things have come up that I have talked about on the forum. 1. People who know each other hooking up or dating with someone they know etc. I have mentioned how this is is real thing. The dating pool post-30 gets really small. There have been several situations where I have hooked up with a chick(or vice versa) just for a buddy to later date her heck I even had one buddy marry a chick (I warned him but he didn't listen had to learn the hard way post-divorce) I didn't know anyone on the show personally this season but I know some friends who knew a couple of the people. Also people running into each other at bars are a real thing. Yes there are 100s of bars. However certain niche hang in certain bars. Gay people hang at gay bars. Hipsters hang at hipster bars. White collar people hang at white collar bars etc 2nd. These weren't the hottest women or even the best-looking men. People who have things going on and value their reputation wouldn't bother (I'm guessing this is true for most cities) The smokeshow's would not ruin their reputation by being on the show yes they were some hot women on the show but I'm talking about the real bombshell's. Also the High quality or High earning men wouldn't bother either.

Here are my thoughts on the couples and the guys

Devin&Virginia-Virginia hands down was a pleasant surprised, beautiful woman and she carries herself like a lady. I just got the vibe she was never into Devin. Devin was just blah, you can tell he was out of his element with Virgina. He was not ready

Sara&Ben-Sars is the performative virtue-signaling SJW, I Know many women like her, and have even gone on dates with them. It's definitely a thing. Ben could have done better but this is what happens when you disregard your values for the punta. Sara is the typical virtue SJW you see on dating apps. Her obsession with BLM makes me wonder if she is a closeted BBC freak.

Dave&Lauren-Dave really is a sucker who made the city look bad. I get why he had reservations about Lauren having a FWB, however, he should have just been honest with himself and walked away sooner than trying to drag it out. Dave seems stunted and his negging and game are super outdated maybe it worked for him back in the day because he was a D1 athlete but I found it cringe. I have talked to Dan (Lauren's FWB) small world, guy is hilarious. Lauren in my opinion never had a chance. I don't blame Dave I wouldn't take a woman seriously either that I know was getting her cheeks clapped by Dan lmfaooo.

Tayllor&Daniel- Taylor was a cool girl(your typical Sota cutie), and Daniel really lucked out. I'm happy for them, she seems like a very solid woman. Her and Virginia are the only women that I could take seriously on the show.

Monica&Joey-Monica looked great in the reunion but her energy was of to me once the reveal happened. Joey was not into her. They were both boring and dry to me.

Madison-Crazy chick, yes she is pretty cute but she is very manipulative and way too much drama. I'm glad Alex clocked her female playing ways in the pods. Madison would be fun to go on dates with and smash but nothing serious. Her type of crazy could ruin your life I wouldn't risk it

Molly-Not sure why she is on the show, looking at her IG looks like she a major thot, makes sense why she never had a serious boyfriend.

Overall this season was the most boring and lamest not shocking. I have dated in the city I know how the game here goes. The men were underwhelming and very bland. The women were predictable and to "SJWey". Overall I think the show is finished as In my opinion season 5 was the peak.

I’m seeing a girl who’s into dating shows. She’s watched The Bachelor, F-Boy Island, and I think she tried Love Is Blind, but she found it boring since they’re stuck in a room with minimal interaction. It felt like something created during the pandemic, but I guess the format has become outdated.

Either way, she’s moved on to Love Island, and she enjoys the strip tease and making out challenges.

P.S. If you know or have heard about those D-list celebrities in your city, you must be pretty well-connected.

LIB originally premiered 2/124/2020 and the pods did give it a "pandemic" or "Quarantine" vibe hence the show exploded in popularity. The last few seasons have been trash, the quality of the show has dropped as more people are just coming on to be influencers instead of looking for a partner

Reality shows are staged and scripted for entertainment purposes man.......But I did find The Real World Vegas on MTV back in 2002 entertaining lol.....Usually these types of shows are an indicator of America's cultural climate man.....it can be amusing to say the least but usually lacking substance

I'm still on Season One, Episiode Two, last 20 minutes. I'm watching the first three episodes of this TV series. It's an intriguing premise so far.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

I like Love is Blind as a TV-show so far. There is something amazing of watching those emotions and hearts go into intensity, anticipation, heartbreak, disappointment, etc.... while looking at this detached, not having any women or drama that is attacked to that and feeling free while watching something like that. It is great entertainment. Most of the time I'm looking at some of the cringe-moments and I'm like this is so good that that is not me right now, lol I experienced something like that in the past and now it's gone and now I get to watch other people suffer instead, lol Reminds me of some of the theads I wrote on here before.
