and is weight lifting 100 percent necessary to reducing fat from my theighs/ass and stomach? im in a position in college where i don't have time to do that ...

Bullsh1t you don't have time. If you have time to post on these forums continually about your fat loss problems, then you have time to weight train.

well this takes like 1 sec in class from my iphone to do. haha....but if i don't have time to hit the gym... what are equivalents of weight training that don't require like bench?

at least try to do bodyweight exercises. ie, pushups, situps, pullups

how effective are those things like "perfect pushup"... are they actually helpful?
