Looks are not overrated at all. Does that mean you can't get good looking women if you aren't a very good looking guy? Not at all. It just means it makes your job a lot harder than if you were. It greatly narrows your margin for error. Whereas the really good looking guy could still do lots of things wrong and have the girl all over him because she thinks he is hot, the average to below average looking guy will have to really be on his game to get the same result. And even then it still might not work if she doesn't think you meet her minimum standard.

Saying looks are overrated in terms of the result you can achieve is mostly true. Saying they are overrated in regards to how easily you can achieve that result is just completely false. It will be much harder for an average looking guy than a really good looking guy.

From personal experience, it matters a good amount. The really hot women i have attracted have all been because they thought I was hot. Ive gotten away with a lot of dumb sh*t because the girls thought I was hot. Ive made friends with bouncers because they thought I was a "cool" guy but in reality they have seen me with loads of different girls. Free drinks at bars from Girls and even gay dudes. Women catching me with other Women and they still want to fvck me.

There is a flip side to being a guy that women find really attractive and that is the defensive mechanism that some put up because in their mind they think your just trying to fvck them. Some really cute types can be insecure about things and it makes it difficult. I cant tell you how many times i would be on a date and i would spit a line out like "Hey, I missed ya, im glad to see you out with me tonight" They smile and look down and then look up at me and say..."really?" LOL!! Like some sad puppy but seriously speaking When your a good looking guy, you have to deal with the good and the bad.

At the end of the day, It gets exhausting being with girl after girl although its fun at first meeting someone new but it all ends up being the same sh!t and it would be great to find one nice girl to do things with. Right now one of my plates is a 7 and my others girls are hotter than her but she gives me back rubs, cooks for me, BJ's on demand, Does whatever i tell her to do and that count a lot more to me than being a really pretty chick.

Ok women find you attractive you are missing the point. Is it because of you body which is ranked the highest in this survey? You can have a nice athletic body and be considered "good looking" or hot. If you have a decent to really nice body it can carry your face the rest of the way, then its pretty much sealed up with your personality and confidence. And Brad Pitt is not good looking lol

From a mans perspective I know I look at body before anything, if the women has a curvy body like Kim K or Beyonce, but her face is average i'll still consider her hot as well as many other men would. So seeing body as number one on this survey doesn't surprise me. More shocked at how long face is

Looks matter. women care about looks more than we do. Four years ago, my answer would have been a little different.

The thing about looks though are they are so subjective. One chick could rate you a 8 and another chick could rate you a 2. So in a sense you can argue they don't matter because it's about what they like.

Example: I feel like beyonce is only slightly above average. Not to say I wouldn't date her, but I feel like I see girls just as hot as her often in my daily travels.
To some guys she is a Goddess.

Yet the chick that accompanies Rusev to the ring on WWE I think is immaculate. All about what you are into. I also really dig Rhonda Rousey but I think it's her personality more than her looks.

Some chicks like muscles, some dont. Some like long hair, some don't. Some even like cubby guys! So don't sweat it. Someone in the nightclub digs you, just gotta find the one.

Some things are pretty universal though, like:
Nice Teeth
Clear Skin
Looking Kempt.

A lot of chicks like my masculine look.. Im nice looking but not too "pretty". But then some girls like pretty boys.

PUAs always used to say Looks Don't Matter. If anyone claimed they did, they would get called a troll or their thread would get deleted.

Now, just a few years later, it's just the opposite. You always hear women care about looks more than men now. I think looks matter, but I think looks are being a little overvalued right now, just like they were undervalued before.

Regarding face and body, someone here posted some pictures of Chris Pratt when he was fat and after he slimmed down and worked out. There was a huge difference in the face, much stronger jawline with the lower body fat. So it can kind of go together.

I like Latino's post, even though some guys have given him some sh!t. I think he's right, guys who have looks will know the value of them and not want to give them up. The money analogy was good.
