Am I aging at the normal rate as others do? I dont know. There are many unanswered questions since at the time a specialist had to come in every 3 months to see me and my growth progress because there weren't many experts in the field. There are questions about my metabolism too, and can I REALLY gain more weight (muscle mass) or can I not.
There are also studies about how your true clock age say 28 may be correct, but you may actually be a few years younger. Now not 18 or anything, but some science about the body being years younger than what I truly am.
In high school it was never a problem dating because obviously you were a senior, junior, soph, or fresh. Only 3yrs or so apart from everyone else.
Once in college, it got a tad tougher, but not real tough. Once I dated a girl who was 17 and I was 23 but we knew one another from church so that really didnt matter as far as how old I looked. I ended up moving states for a bit after we broke up and met a girl a few years younger than me who I met through a friend. The next one I met partially at the gym and a concert and she was 21 and I was 26.
She was the last one I dated.
Anyway, that's how its been for me. I try to go for girls younger just because they look more like me and my age of how I look. I went to this Halloween deal tonight at church and saw these 2 women there who were probably only 6 years older, but they just... Looked like a 34 or 35yr old woman would look. They were pretty and all, but I dont match them looks wise. I look like a kid to them. So for me, I would never approach most women like.
Its tough really when you attract 16-18yr olds and look like they do. Sure they are fine and have nice asses, but can you really have a relationship with them? NO. So you end up trying to go 21 or so because you can pass for that as well.
Truth be told, its not easy. I have a VERY hard time picking up people in my age range of say 25-31 or so. I look like a kid to them.
Sometimes you get lucky and find a girl who looks like you do and then your ok. People think i'm this age. Dont worry, people think I do too.
I really dont have too much advice except state your age when your out and about. I went to a party last week and was probably the oldest there, but didnt look it by far. I spoke to women and told them my age. They ranged from 24-28 and it was easier when it was a party.
I mean truth be told I could pick up a 16yr old girl, and she'd have no idea my age. In fact its almost happened where some have thought I was 18 or so, and then they go... WHOA!!!
They dont flip out, but they go... I never would have guessed.The bright side I guess is that when I get older, i'll have a fine piece of ass, and i'll still look 30 when i'm 50.
It sucks some, and it rocks some, and you just have to get use to it. You may have to go lower in age with women, and that's ok. No one is going to shoot you at 28 dating a 21yr old girl. In fact I think the one in my class is 21. She could pass for 23 or 24, but you know what, I have NO problem with it at all.
Anyway i'm sure I rambled on, but I still face this every day, and do what I can with it.
