Well heres a well deserved update.. its been exactly a whole year since i started this thread!

So I kept lifting up until mid may.. Around that time, I somehow really hurt my shoulder while doing shoulder presses with the barbell. I was out for a good whille. I was out until the beginning of august.. It sucked I believe I tore a muscle or something because every morning I would wake up to a horrid pain in my right shoulder and it would hurt constantly at random times through out the day, so bad I wanted to cry at times. I saw a doc and he didnt recommend a ct scan or anything but said i should lay off hitting the gym for a while.

Well once that pain was gone, I started hittin the gym hard again for a month, gaining a few more pounds and increasing my arm size to 14.75 inches. Then I started college and i really didnt have any time to work out or eat right...i only went in a few times a week to maintain my strength.. So I didn't grow until december, when the semester was done.

When december came i started hitting the gym hard once again, eating right and everything. Today is Feburary 4th, and I've gained more weight (i finally weigh 193 lbs, but maybe a little bit more since that recording was from a week and a half ago) and my arms as of today are 15.50 inches. My chest has grown a bit, but still lagging a bit behind my arms. I'm sure it'll stay like that until I start shredding.

The past 2 weeks have been crazy, cause my arms grew at a rate of a quarter of an inch a week. Thats how my arms initially grew in the beginning, a quarter inch at a week. Im wondering if anyone else experiences a quarter inch of growth a week?

Well anyways I'd like to get up to 210 lbs now before I start shredding. I have increased in body fat but haven't had it recorded. I believe im around 16 to 17% body fat now, but thats not that bad im assuming since i was 158 lbs and 12% BF a year ago. :D

If only i didn't injure my shoulder back in may, I wonder how much bigger i would have been.. Shucks :/

I'll update once I progress some more in my gains:up:

Update:A year and some months later..

Yeah.. its been a while. How is everyone? I rarely frequent these forums these days. Well last time I was super serious I got all the way up to 205 Lbs. I was feeling like a beast. But I was also feeling a bit chubby. I grew a good size and I believe I could of kept gaining and gaining but I didn't like the flab on me so I started cutting. I cut down to 180.

This was all last october... these days I've just been maintaining my weight and working out to keep my gains. Been pretty busy with school and what not so I don't have the time to hit it pretty serious but I'm going to try and do it all again soon. Here are some pics of my gains!

Weighing 195 in these 3 here http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a...25695553_100000411006395_699687_6870737_n.jpg

These days I'm weighing 185 so kinda more like my last pic. I owe you guys for helping me and pointing me in the right direction.

Just for fun, this is how i looked back in 2007.. 150 lbs of bones lol Keep in mind I started lifting the beginning of 2010 and i was weighing 160, so not much change from 2007 to 2010 http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a142/XSinaiBeachX/1kVthKWFqd06eXMFWt4mGAxktzRDV1182.jpg

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
