i had weekender here about three weeks ago. It's a chic I met a while back from San Diego, anyway she was in town, I showed her a good time, and she left.

So since then she's written me two emails that might have been graphic novels. Personally I treat my words like Money, I don't want to go throwing it around, and my messages are usually pretty content filled without the need for a type editor.

So I responded to her emails with breif, multi paragraphed messages. After the last one I heard nothing for a week, But she did text message me saying she was "in the process" of writing me another email. I figure this next one will be long enough to be up for a pullitzer

The worst part is she's not the only one who writes to me like this. Why do these girls not know how to get their points across in simple complete, consise sentences? Is there really a need to write emails that are 4 to 5 pages in length? Or are they all grammatically challenged and they just have to keep plunking away because it make them feel better about themselves?

I'm really glad that you posted this. i know that I am guilty of this and I honestly try hard to be brief. But, i think women are geared toward verbal communication so the email thing is definitely not our ideal way of communicating. So, we want to get our point across, but we have to type it, one sentence deserves justification with another and so on, so on. Basically we are just trying to make sure that we are communicating clearly and it is hard to do that when you're not face to face. Maybe if you called her the communication would be quicker, easier. I know with me I hate to talk on the phone so I usually get my point across clearly and quickly and then I hang up.

I'm a much bigger fan of calling girls on the phone, but I really can't call all the girls I know from out of state all the time. My sprint bill is high enough as it stands, without the additional long distance charges that I would encur.

This is pretty much how my relationship with her is going to play out. I only call her when she's in town or if she ask me too, which is rare becuse she details her whole life in these verbose emails.

There are a few girls I know who are very good at writing emails. A Few paragraphs that have subjects, bodies, and conclusions. They say the same things as the others but since they've done it in a short well written way, I feel I understandf their points better becaus I didn't have to take notes the whole time.

haha you're right about one thing Dr. I actually think she was named after a soap star!!

But she doesn't live in the same state as me so I don't think I need to distance myself from her too much. I just like it when she flies in to town for the weekend and what not.

She loves the drama, and she wants you to respond to it, do so if you want a part of this woman in your life, if not. dont. She sent 2 long e-mails = her interest level in you must be high.

Pr, I guess you haven't learned about women yet. With all these techniques on this site, somebody needs to tell em the truth about women also.

So let me help you out here son:

Women are emotional people. The highest book sales are romance novels. They crave conversation whether it's in person or other mediums.

You being male only see these long emails coming accross and you reacted as a simple man would. Good. But if you want to create something more with this woman then you need to actually read her stuff.

That will teach you how her mind works. Knowledge is power. This knowledge will give you the clues that you need to keep her coming back as long as you desire.

What I like to do is break their emails up. Cut and past it into a email response box and begin to add your own dialogue after each paragraph.

This is a great opportunity to communicate with this particular woman's inner mind.

Else there is always the next one if your addicted to the hunt.

I usually skim through the whole email, I find that most of the time this one repeats herself a lot and has poor grammar. Most of what she said in her disertations could have been summed up in about half a page.

I have a pretty good understanding about how most womens minds work ... and that's crazy/ illogical. When you put yourself outside of your mind then you're usually on the right track to knowing how they tick.

I should hope she at least has some kind of an IL, if not I'd wonder why she keeps coming back to vegas to get railed.
I guess Harris said it best when he was talking about graphic novels and what not. Girls simply want to paint the biggest most detailed message they possibly can even though it's completely unessary... I speculate some of you fine gentelmen might be the same way...
