So i replied with some sub par bull****, which isn't the key to my question. I'm more interested in her connotations behind the texts, as she's not super bright, average intelligence and so i cant see her being intellectual enough to play with me on anything but a sub conscious level.

ignore her for a while, don't contact her, she will contact you. if she asks, tell her you are not interested in being friends.

on the other hand, it could be she is still not sure about it and therefore she wants to keep seeing you. it's indeed open to interpretation.

Don't you get it? Don't do that "no contact" type of stuff. She WANTS you to stay away from her for a few days, if not permanently, so doing it to her will not work towards getting her attracted to you. She is not interested in you sexually. You were in her "maybe" category, but now you're in the "hell no!" column. As much as she's just average intelligence, she used those two "dates" with you to figure out she's not into you as you think she should be. No big deal man.
