I did not know there was a privacy setting that hides when you view somebody's profile.

I sent a couple of invitations to a couple of females (one is a colleague) and another one is not.

Since they did not accept in a couple of days I was curious to see if they rejected my invitation or if it still said pending.

I clicked on both of their profiles to check the status every couple of days not knowing it is probably alerting them I am looking at their profile.

Will linkedin notify them eventhough we were not connected yet?

Bro, LinkedIn is a professional platform. Stop gaming on linked in, what's wrong with you?

I’ll echo that. Keep LinkedIn separate mentally from any sort of flirtation or thought process that way.

Kind of. It's rife with people pushing mlm stuff.

And I think that you have to be a paying member to see who's viewed your profile, and I think you can check and see who are paying members when you look at their profile.

Well in my profession we all have LinkedIn Recruiter which is the paid upgrade, I recruit for top tier banks and oil&gas firms. LinkedIn is the main port of call.Never use that for hitting on chicks, Tinder and Bumble are just right there ffs.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No, you don't have to be a paying member to see who's viewed your profile.

You can set your privacy status to anonymous - again I'm not sure if that is only for the paid service but mine shows up as anon.

My linked in (not premium) only tells me basic information about how many people have viewed, where they work. I have to upgrade to premium to get more information.
