Been NC with my BPD ex for about 4 months now. Get a call from a unknown number last night (have her old one blocked), and sure enough it's her.

Scars: Hello
Ex: Hey..
Scars: Who is this?
Ex: Um, it's actually <name>..
Scars: <name> as in, my ex <name>?
Ex: Yeah..
Scars: I'm actually driving right now, can I call you back later?
Ex: Okay.

Never called her back of course.

Then this morning I woke up to a text saying how she was so "surprised" that I answered my phone, said it's been "so long" and wanted to "see how I was doing".

Never replied to that one either.

Last I knew she was dating some other dude, so I figure they either broke up or things are going sour.

A PERFECT example of how borderlines never truly let go of their victims.

Good thing Scars is an even BIGGER assh0le now, and she only has herself to blame for that. :)

TheRedLion: You got it. My ego is being stroked, I'm slightly narcissistic, but I don't care. For someone who likes to be in control, it's always nice to be reminded that you have the upper hand.

I was never a wimp with her. That's one of the reasons why she won't ever get over me. Because I'm the only person who has ever called her out on her sh!t (her words, not mine.)

I have no intention of going back, in fact, it looks like she changed her number or got a new one just to contact me with, that is now blocked as well. I don't have a facebook, and I pretty much dropped all of our mutual friends. It's pretty much impossible for her to get a hold of me. Thus this post. It just proves the lengths borderlines will go, because they're seriously fvcking crazy in the head.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

Scars, what happened between you and her?
What do you mean? The break up?

Things were always bad, but we got into a big blow out while I was driving so I pulled over and kicked her out of my car and left her stranded. (Her car was parked at my house.) The same night her dad had to drive her down to my house to pick up her car and tried to fight me and I punked his ass right in front of his own daughter. Never talked to either one of them sense.

I could go on and on about some of the fvcked up sh!t that happened between me and this girl, but that's not what this thread is about.

Yup, it is like clockwork, scars. It always amazes me how BPDs so closely stick to the script.

Mine contacts me every two to three weeks. Last time I completely ignored her and she said she wouldn't contact me again. We'll see. I'm certain she's wondering what I'm doing every night.
