Studying in my dorm common room, I saw a girl I know in front of me browsing pics of famous men with their shirts off for about 30 minutes or so.

She definitely kind of had a longing look in her eyes >_>

Working out will help a lot in attracting the females. It may not be 100% necessary for a girl to like you, but it'll definitely help a ton. Just thought I'd share - women 'mire pretty hard too.

Agreed.

If I'm working out consistently, for some reason I get way more opportunities. It's like women come out of no where and I get hot dates.

It also makes you way more confident and feel better overall.

Show us a pic of yourself then
The post was kind of meant to inspire myself to get into it. Gotta start lifting first myself! Unfortunately not a brag post, as much as I would like it be haha.

I also wanted to tell of an example of women's desire out in the open. It's very rare that girls express (directly or indirectly) what they like sexually or show clear interest or arousal in an everyday casual setting (at least, I haven't seen it too often), which is why I suppose seeing this girl whom I knew do so really struck me.

Women sometimes say, "Oh if a guy is too muscular its a turn off," or "he's too big,", but being very fit and athletic is almost universally a turn on, which women, despite what they sometimes say, often respond to. Some girls won't mind too much if you're skinny or overweight (the girls who were interested in me in the past didn't mind that I was short/skinny), but it's amazing how being fit can spark a bit more interest with women. I had heard about this and read about it, but seeing it firsthand in a girl I actually knew fairly well drove it home. I was sitting a little ways away from her (I don't believe she knew someone saw what she was looking at), but as she scrolled through pics of famous guys with chiseled abs, etc., I could honestly see the 'dreamy' look in her eyes.

It's interesting though. You can't have your motivation to get fit solely on attracting women - you need to do it for yourself, to stay in shape, and to be in great health. But it's definitely a motivating factor to want to make yourself more appealing to women, and I think embracing that asked of lifting will help as well.

Agreed. Being like the Rock is a turn off but fight club physique will make you more attractive even if you are ugly.

There are plenty of women which find overmuscular men attractive, most girls care more about armony and estetics but plenty are into big bulk guys as much as most of us chase skinny/toned girls while others dont mind big girls with big b00bs and round asses.

I think everyone who agrees (including op) is ignoring a very important point.

Women predominantly aren't attracted to men the same way we are attracted to women...so many people don't realise this.

It was the fame (which is a part of social conditioning) which attracted her to these men.

Assuming your not fat or out of shape it really isn't necessary to be muscular.

Any random man can work out but it takes much more to change your behaviour.

A man who can generate good emotions in a woman will ALWAYS come out on top over something as superficial as looking buff.

Don't forget the guys she was looking at were filthy rich celebrities.. so the muscles were only a part of it, the money was a bigger part of it. Every woman is a gold digger to some extent.

True.

If a guy is fat and ugly, he will clean up if he is famous.

So is it safe to say that Status and fame > muscles? I'm not quite sure about that but women's vaginas get soaked if they are in a room with a famous man.

There's definitely some truth to the fame bit; I'm not sure who she was checking out in particular, models/actors/celebrities, etc., but that probably played a role as well.

I dunno know if there's some scale of "fame > fitness", or vis-versa; rather, I think these various qualities will both be important, but more or less important in each individual woman's tastes. Though both certainly are almost universally considered attractive.

The takeaway though, is that whether you are famous or not, being cut and toned is pretty much always beneficial. It may not be absolutely necessary to get in shape if you want to attract women (just like it is not absolutely necessary to be famous), but it sure as heck helps (she wasn't checking out pics of the men with the shirts on!). Why handicap yourself? In fact, you can boost yourself from the baseline into the positive by lifting and working out, along with, of course, reaping all of the primary physical & and mental benefits of regular exercise and resistance training.

Just some thoughts. This is probably common knowledge to most people (and it kind of was to me as well), but seeing a normal girl I knew ogle at toned physiques in real life (even just on her computer) stuck out to me haha. I thought I'd post about it - fitness encouragement is very difficult to be overdone!

Right behind you
I second this thought because I remember being the weirdest of the weird and most beta of the beta, but when I took off my shirt, those same girls that treated me like dirt would turn their heads in amazement. But when they neglected me before and now they want me because of my body, I was like nope! I'm too good for that sh!t girl, I ain't gonna go for a 2 faced b!tch and they don't even need to ask why cuz they knew exactly why.

Lol, just workout and and exercise. Cardio is good for fat burning and therefore will make you look more toned.

Peanut butter - provided you workout out hard (ex. pushups) or lift (squeeze in cardio if you want a more toned/chiseled look over a swollen look) is a very cheap and effective way to get bigger. Milk too.

Peanut and peanut butter have always some micro mold inside which can give you later liver cancer.Eating too much peanuts/peanut butter is not good idea.

Basically everything is poisonous these days ... if you eat too much or you are not informed you get ****ed up.

Aflatoxin

Peanuts may easily become moldy after being stored in warm, humid silos, with a toxic mold called Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus. This mold produces a very toxic substance called aflatoxin that can cause cancer. Of course other crops carry the mold — such as pecans, pistachios and walnuts, as well as milk, grains, soybeans and spices.

Aflatoxins are in EVERY peanut butter. What you don't know is there is a "limit" or "maximum level" of alfatoxins per product. If it's lower than the limit it's considered "acceptable" but certainly not healthy at all.
