Ok, just did a second gymsession today. Half hour backhand then shredded the chest to pieces. Two chest taps in one day is ok occasionally. Totally fvcked now.
Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

Yeah dude I did the last half of my workout outside and it's fvcking awesome, people watching you as they walk/drive by hahaha. The only point I'll disagree with is that looking epic naked isn't the main reason (though it is a reason) we do this, it's to be as badass as fvcking possible! Lol the first incline was machine. I had nobody to spot me, so incline machine and light bench.
It's amazing that gym feeling looks like nothing when written down, but we all see each others pain and understand.
We earned every ounce of pain here and noone can take that from us.
Edit: good tune man- definitely adding that to my playlist.

Some guy did look at me funny but he could see I was on Dropsets. I think it may have been the face I was pulling that got the funny looks.

few more pullups I twinged my elbow on mthe yates's I think and the pain got the better of me.
I hate walking out half done - but Ill be damned If I'm gonna waste more injury time.
