haha... yeah slut = (sold) out, none left or "the end". However the pronounciation is different. It's not slut like in prostitute, that's called hora or luder.

luder=a nice funny way to call someone a slut here, so i agree lifeforce is defnitaly a luder!!
hora=hure with the same meaning =)

btw life is the pronounciation the same in swedish and in german??aside from the fancy a°°°°°°°°

We northern guys are pretty awesome, you know Sweden has a set of unique letters which can't be found anywhere else in the world. :)

Hora is pronounced like "Who-Ra" like "who is this" and the Egyptian god "Ra". Well somewhat like that.

Todays Workout


Incline db press 11x23.8 kg (6, 3, 2)
Bench Press 6,4x60 kg
This was done with new technique, shoulder blades sticking together, pause at bottom and it feels alot better but I am weak, but I think the strength will catch up pretty quick. Last time I had trouble with 60 kg doing it 3 times.

Biceps Curls 13x37.5 kg (9,3,1)
(tightened form)

Lat Pulldowns, 13x65 kg (9,4)

Squats 8x110 kg (did them very fast and I had no spotter so I didn't dare to go 100%, felt stronger than last time)

Lower back stopped me from deading, that damn ****ing leg press always **** with my lower back, I'll use a belt next time I'm going to leg press.

Weight: 181,5 lbs with training clothes on.

why do you even do leg press??because godly DC tells you so?:p latpulldowns all the way man or hows it going it would be very sad for me to never see chinups here anymore :-[[[[[sorry for the manipulative attempts i just dont like DC =]

interesting about the new technique i can imagine that it feels better.....good idea

I like the leg presses because you can fatique your muscles more througly, but I might as well do half squats at the bottom for 10-12 reps.

Chin-ups are next in line when I don't increase the bb curls ;)

Ohh I think I am a little bigger than when I was at 183 because I had been drinking alot of water. But I feel stronger now at 181, still growing, taking in around 300 g protein. :)

damn LF, i'd better eating and stop worrying about this flab or you're gonna weigh more than me!

Edit: Because you always make fun of me for using wrist straps, i warmed up all the way to my rep weight without them today to see if i could do it... 365 w/ alternating grip, barehanded, and i got it fine :) I'm not a COMPLETE pvssy ;)

Lol, that means alot comming from you man! That some nice weight you are moving there, my back got ****ed from the leg press so I have to wait a while to deadlift, but thank god I never need to use that leg press machine again! 365 as a rep weight is insane, I'm only doing 6x286 or 12x264

Military Presses 11x45 kg (9,2)
Fooled around with some handstand pushups and they worked better this time than last

CGBP 12x55 kg ! :(, 7x60 kg

Lat pull-ups 8, 2

Bent over rows, 10x70 kg, 5x70 kg, I'm trying to get the form right,

Squats 7x115 kg ATG, 4x117.5 kg ATG

lifey thats indeed a big compliment

good to see pullups, at least better than pulldowns =)

Bench presses 8-9x70 kg New record (at least I think it's 70, it felt like 65 so it might be 65)
Bench press 4x70 kg

Incl. Db presses 6x25 kg
Incl. Db presses 6x25 kg

Biceps curls 13x37.5 (9,3,1) changing exercise!

Tried some leg presses

Rack pulls 6x140 kg
Rack pulls 7x140 kg
me like!

Hammer curls 8x17 kg (had to go away after that)

lol that reminds of the time when i thought i was repping 65kg with ease for 16reps(stopped because i got bored)...and it was....45kg...lol

cool stuff man you are so close to a solid 10x70kg =)

Hello Everyone, I'm just kicking this back up after a lower back injury. I've been training my abs alot now to balance the strength. Only last week I started squatting and SLDLing again. This week I might do some light deadlifts.


Current weight: 183-185 in the morning without clothes.
BF ~14-15% I think

I know how you feel man, I busted up my shoulder snowboarding (dislocated it like mad) and was layin off the gym for a week and a half or so.. .then school got really busy and my gym got kinda interrupted...

Tryin to get back into the groove!!!

Managed a 8x100 today, it felt okey, added 20 kg more than last time.
Weight: Hovering around 187 lbs

You'll be back sooner than you know it, i've been out since Oct due to a back injury and i'm finally starting back up. Just be patient and start back slow.
