Incline db press 11x23.8 kg (6, 3, 2)
Bench Press 6,4x60 kg
This was done with new technique, shoulder blades sticking together, pause at bottom and it feels alot better but I am weak, but I think the strength will catch up pretty quick. Last time I had trouble with 60 kg doing it 3 times.
Biceps Curls 13x37.5 kg (9,3,1)
(tightened form)
Lat Pulldowns, 13x65 kg (9,4)
Squats 8x110 kg (did them very fast and I had no spotter so I didn't dare to go 100%, felt stronger than last time)
Lower back stopped me from deading, that damn ****ing leg press always **** with my lower back, I'll use a belt next time I'm going to leg press.
Weight: 181,5 lbs with training clothes on.
