Life Changes

I was going hard for over a year. When I was working out, I managed to lose 20 lbs of fat, while improving all of my lifts on a regular basis. It was something that I looked forward to. I was constantly getting better. I was setting personal bests in all of my lifts. It was my only real hobby. I took it for granted.

Now I'm in a new city, working a job where I can't even afford a gym membership. Don't take your lifting lightly. Go hard always. You'll miss it when it's gone.

You can do bodyweight exercise in the meantime. Still, nutrition and rest or duress. Use the money you save from a gym to buy food.

You need to stop the negative thought processes switch, it's the only way to recover from depression. Everyday above ground is a good day.

What are you going to do Tyte? Bodyweight stuff? Got enough money to buy a rack/barbell? Kettlebells maybe?

I'll probably just end up doing bodyweight exercises like Create suggested. I'd love to get a bar and a rack, but I don't have enough money or the space to put it. I've been applying to different jobs, so hopefully things will start looking up.

I've noticed a drop in my libido. The only thing I can think to accredit it to is the lack of olympic plates going up and down. My confidence has taken a hit, too. Goes to show you how much working out can change a person - not just their body, but their entire personality.

Even down to how much I want to impregnate women. It's amazing.

Get at them weights, boys!

I like to do reps on the jump rope then immediately go into pushups. I'll repeat the cycle several times--That workout is simple but it exhausts the hell out of me. I'm usually sweating buckets after 3-4 cycles.
Before I started my workout log and got my gym membership again (sometime last year), this is exactly the sort of thing I'd do to start getting back into it. It really is no joke! Ex..10 pushups, 10 or AMRAP pullups, 100 jumps on the rope, rinse and repeat as desired.

Instead of going for gym membership, you should go for a nature walk every evening or in morning. Sitting in front of T.V or using your personal devices is also a waste of time so use that time and go for a walk.
